Thank you to Jasmine and her team I usually never eat at Taco Bell and today I gave it a try. Everything was hot & fresh compared to past experiences and the meat was plentiful+ they have a 99 sanitation grade. I would definitely be stopping by more often at this Cliffdale location thank you 😊

Customer service was AMAZING! Order was made correctly even with the odd modifications we requested. Our meal was delivered to the table instead of having to get up to get it. Food was great

Simple drive thru day and order but the lady at the window is what made taco bell 5 stars
She was so sweet and obliging, even more so she multitasking with conversation like no problem.

Morning manager is GREAT at customer service! Shipment supply ran late so the breakfast to lunch transition was running late. Manager told us things would not be set up until 11:00, but we were willing to wait and not only was it finished before 11:00 but the manager also paid for our food and gave us free extra large drinks and three free crunchy tacos! Not to mention all the workers were friendly and spoke kindly. I have been to many fast food chains with poor customer service and this was a very refreshing change. Will definitely be going back.

A great example of the chain. Always have fast and friendly service at drive-through. I have consistently good and pleasant people handing the food over. There is never a long wait in the drive-in. The store is conveniently located. If you just gotta have it, this is the place to go.

The taco Bell at Cliffdale RD in Fayetteville, NC is probably the best I've ordered from. With no issues, I placed my order, picked it up and was on my way home in a few minutes. Plus, the staff was very pleasant.

For a newly opened spot. I have been there 2 times and they have been awesome. Super professional and food on point!

Literally just left the drive through at this Taco bell location and witnessed a customer harassing and screaming at the the drive through employee! No reason for it at all! I have to commend the worker for keeping her composure. Although she was very emotional and was in tears, she gave us outstanding customer service at the window! I'll be coming back here again. I wish I could have given her a hug. Hang in there!

This was my first time at this taco bell and it was a better experience than at another in Cameron. Great customer service, workers seemed to have a good attitude and I was served fast and accurately.

It was during dinner hour when I arrived and ordered. The drive thru was real long so I went inside to place my to go order. I noticed while I was waiting for my order the drive thru was moving very fast and about half the tables where full of customers eating also. I only waited about 7-8 mins. for my order to come up even with that many people there at the same time. The order was correct and very good when I got it home too eat it.

Love this taco bell, good people, made to order food and they listen when you as for substitutions.

Always go here for quick snack. The employees are great and are always fast.

The staff at this location are so sweet! I have dietary issues to where meat makes me ill and they will sub beans or rice for me and mark or put my food in a separate bag when I order for the family. They are great and really pay attention to the customer

25jan2020 I was waited on by Mr Anthony great customer service and when I noticed an issue behind the counter he promptly addressed it after taking my order. Overall the facility is very clean inside and outside. Close to Ft. Bragg for convenience. The staff very professional Mr.Carl and Ms Jasmine keep up the good work.

Everyone was pleasant and cheerful. I received my order in a timely manner. I even rang the Taco Bell bell on my way out the door. Very satisfied with my visit to The Taco Bell.
