Travon and Danielle are very friendly and great customer service. They interacted with my son while I was trying to decide which iPhone I wanted to upgrade to. No question was left unanswered. I will go back to this store for anything else.

Awesome customer service! I've been going to this store for over 10 years, and Lena and her assistant Danielle changed my phone out and managed to switch over my information from my broken phone with ease. Thanks a bunch ladies, you saved me a lot of heartache. Thanks as always!!

I came in after getting the run around city and they help with no problem! Everyone was so great and professional. The manager and the WHOLE team was the best fix my problem that 2 other store mess up!!

Ross was on point today! I arrived there laughing because that was all I could do other than cry. He was able to look at my account and make sure everything was how it should be. There was a woman there, but I didn't get her name. She was also amazing. Thank you both for the help today. It made my day so much better.

Had FirstNet and did not care for it. Went red Robin with them to switch back to att service. Mrs Lena at this AT&T store in Hope Mills was my saving grace through the entire process. I literally drove out of my way to only have her assist me with this because she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; instead of driving to a store closer. Lena you are a gem keep doing what you do.

My first time going in the store was just a few days ago. My phone had been stolen, and I had just got my insurance claim phone and was trying to upgrade. Skibo store didn’t have what I was looking for but told me Hope Mills did so I ran out here as fast as I could. Turns out I arrived after close. ASHLEY was closing, but after hearing about the hard times I was having said she would try for me real quick and to her surprise and mine the computer let her process the sale. She spent nearly an hour with me getting the phone, selecting the accessories and making sure I knew everything about fees, charges, timelines on everything. Got me hooked up with the accessories I needed, and made sure the phone was setup and working (the insurance phone wouldn’t activate due to issues with assurion the insurance company so this was a major plus for me)

She was fantastic the entire way through and would advise anybody shopping in that store to work with her.

My service was outstanding. My policy was adjusted to a newer policy so that I would save money. The young ladies were very attentive and professional. They should be training other locations on customer service. I will always go back to the hope mills location because of their efficiency and professionalism.

Lena is very professional and got my phone working. This location is awesome and I will always go back here. That store is very friendly and personable.

Went into the store to get some information about switching service and spoke with the manager Lena. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. She helped me with all of my questions and concerns and I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends. Her customer service was impeccable and it’s really nice to be able to be greeted and informed with great information. I would give her 10 stars if they were available.

I had a great experience with Ryan. She was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with the issues with my device. Also Beth was very courteous to me and was willing to assist with my needs as well. I would recommend this store and will be coming back for any other needs I have.

I needed to replace my phone that was lost in an auto accident. The two guys who helped me, Joshua in particular, were fantastic. They listened to my needs and got me back in business quickly and efficiently all while having a friendly conversation. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Beth Ryan and Michelle were excellent EXCELLENT sales associates! Not only did they go above and beyond to help me and my friend purchase our new xr iphones, but they gave us the best deals, worked with us, they were very patient, professional, overall the best customer service. we got there around 5 and literally didn’t leave until 10:30 and the store closed at 8...(going above and beyond) we were offered food & drinks they made the environment comfortable for anyone that came by, they were attentive at all times and never missed a beat i 100% recommend this store

I was immediately greeted by a new employee named Datron and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I just returned from a 15 month military deployment and he got my phone up and running in no time and didn't pressure me into a more expensive plan. I was going to add my family's phones by ordering a sim card online. But now I'm going to return to the store front in Hope Mills because the service is worth the drive.
