Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ayden and Antonio delivered excellent customer service tonight! I’ve been coming here for years and, while I haven’t had negative experiences, I also haven’t experienced overwhelming positive customer service from this location.

Long drive thru line but she kept it moving pretty quick. When I got to the window she was very pleasant. I would have been frustrated trying to get all those orders in quickly. Read back over the order because it was a large order. Food was good and everything was there.

The drive threw was short fast service just didn't like my fries were not fresh but the rest of the food and service was great!!

I was visiting from Michigan and have to say, food was great. Got wings and things. Definitely fills you up. Don’t recommend if you’re on a diet. High calories.

I love this place. I was a little disappointed that the chicken Philly wasn't available but, I love the food and the employees' friendliness.

A lot of money for a little food. But the food is always good. Need to bring onion rings back.

This is the best Zaxby’s in Fayetteville in my opinion. No matter what side of town I’m on, I make a point of driving to this location if I’m going to Zaxby’s. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is so nice and accommodating.

We order on Door Dash and pickup in store. We have had a great experience with the restaurant everytime. They make sure to have our order packaged nicely and ready to go in the pick up area by the time we get to the store. We appreciate that the employees are friendly and the food is fresh and prepared correctly. Keep up the good work.

I am thankful to all the amazing ladies working on the night of 06/04. I was not aware they were closed but they did the damn thing. Zaby’s on Raeford rd will forever be my spot. Kind, caring considerate and honest is here and they care about you and what you order. Big thank you again now to tear up this damn salad and wings. Go see my girls up there guys, you won’t be disappointed.

Well run business. Hard and consistent workers. I hope these young adults are being paid well over minimum wage. They are consistent, the food is fresh, order is correct, and they have pleasant dispositions. Blessing you all with only the best in your futures.

Ordered for my nieces birthday, and it was fantastic. I called the order in ahead of time because it was a lot of food, and it was almost ready when I got there. Everyone was pleased.

I love Zaxby's and this location always has the food hot and fresh. Since it is in a popular place the employees are quick to meet and greet when the line grows. I would say the long line is a bummer but honestly even that tends to move and isn't anything they can do about the amount of people that love their food too.

Never have any issues at this location, friendly staff always working the drive thru or the front counter. Love visiting this location.
