Cool place to hang out. There’s a large grassy area to spread a blanket and have a picnic. A very picturesque spot. There’s a restaurant. Cute little waterfall moment. Little tables and chairs with umbrellas. Really pretty place! We had a lot of fun.

Very nice park in the former industrial area of downtown Winston-Salem. We were there to listen to bands at Gears and Guitars this weekend. Great food trucks and vendors. Incendiary Brewery's offerings were diverse and impressive. Nice park. Great event!

I can't express how much I love Bailey Park and the surrounding area. It was really done very nicely in a revitalized area of downtown winston salem. My Pops was showing me all of the buildings and explaining what they used to be as every building down there used to be a part of RJ Reynolds and was used to make tobacco products. Right down to the coal pit area adjacent to the park where "coal was piled in the air as tall as a building" think 50 ft. Lots of folks laying out enjoying the beautiful day. Areas to sit and enjoy the water feature or a concert. Restaurants and expensively redone condos around the area as well. Kudos kudos 👏

The grounds were lush and green! The restrooms were ok. The Amphitheatre was facing away from the vending area but it carried the music across the lawn area. The ornamental were gorgeous - I would lean towards a herbal or urban garden usage for added value! Overall a well thought out location but it needs more public parking.

Beautiful, well kept park in a quaint little area. Lots of little restaurants, coffee shops and stores to check out all within walking distance.
Restrooms were also clean and in good order. There were plenty of tables with umbrellas if you want to bring a picnic and eat while people watching. Saw lots of people with dogs as well so I do believe it is a dog friendly park.
We were here for a 5K and have to say it was just a beautiful spot. Took lots of cute pictures of my kids.

Winston Salem Gears and Guitars 2022 was a successful event. Rain did keep some people away but not everyone. Watched some biking then enjoyed the live music there was plenty of food trucks. Bailey Park has clean restrooms and lots of places to walk around and enjoy lunch when they aren’t holding events. My Great Dane Ruth and I enjoy visiting and people watching. 🐾

We went to Barcelona beer garden. Great burgers. The meat patty is very flavorful. Try the All American or the Madrid. Truffle fries where a bit overpowering for my taste. Great service. Nice area

Well-kept, good·sized park in a convenient-to-downtown location. Lots of open space, pavillon, a few benches, water feature. A few places nearby to get some food, coffee, snacks. Many community events. A great asset to the area. Great place to picnic, eat lunch, take the dog, be still, hang out, enjoy community.

Favorite park in the middle of the renovated tobacco warehouses of the city. Small stage area for intimate shows with restaurants nearby.

Came here for Gears and Guitars, what a great time. It was a bit rainy and muddy near the stage but the park itself is simply amazing.
