Smile Starters- Winston Salem

Very wonderful appointment for my autistic 6-year old! The check in went smoothly, and the dental technician that took me back explained everything that would happen. She told me I was able to watch my little one through the hygiene room. The one that did his cleaning Denisha I believe (I apologize if it's wrong) she was sooooo good with my son. Definitely made his experience wonderful and he wasn't scared. Thank you smile starters for the amazing visit and the care you provided my little one. We will see you in 6 months. #stayathomemama

Every single young lady up front was so kind and welcoming. Smiles all around. Professional and extremely courteous. I’m a single Dad raising 3 teenagers and I sometimes run into poor/ bias treatment just because I’m the Dad. So it was very refreshing not to have that experience at all with this office. My kids liked it and we really loved how helpful, and professional Janice was towards us at every visit. Explained everything to a T and made us feel right at home. SmileStarters YOU ROCK!!! Thanks for a great experience!!

Everyone was very professional and welcoming. It was my son’s first time at the dentist and they informed me step-by-step and thoroughly explained every procedure that he was going to have done. My son being 2 years old they handled him so well that I will definitely will be bringing him back for his six month check up. I highly recommend this place and plus they have Spanish speaking staff!

My children have had issues going to the dentist for years. They all love smile starters. They are gentle, kind, understanding to differing needs and make accommodations for everyone. They are a pediatric dentist. They said they see the children to age 20. I hope that helps

Addy was amazing. My daughter (almost 4 yo) really appreciated her. We tried to schedule her next apt on a day she’d be working. All staff were friendly and caring. They all did fabulous to make sure my little one understood what was going on and what would happen next. They asked if I had any questions and explained things well.

My daughter had a tooth crown come off over the weekend, got her right in ASAP!! She is 10, and my grandson is 3, they BOTH love going to the dentist here-even if need things fixed/done! Every single person here was professional and informative!

Was very pleased with everyone at Smile Starters .. So grateful for the kindness, smiles , and gentle treatment of my three grandchildren.. For a very busy office they are prompt, organized, and made it an easy process from beginning to end.. Also very clean and the play area keeps the kids amused…. Worthy of 5 stars.

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience! This was our first going to the Winston-Salem office. Staff were prompt, courteous, friendly and answered all questions! There was no wait time and the appointment was completed quickly!

The doctor did a great job on my sisters fillings. And the assistant Janice is wonderful, kind and patient. I’m a dental hygienist and know a great practice when I see one. Thank you again so much.

This is a patient reviewing here, the dentists working there always bring a energetic and happy environment and energy, cheering me up of anxiety. There are times where there's a kid crying in the background but I guess that's expected. Waiting for them to get their stuff done on the computer takes time and kinda gets me bored but I get it. I just had a tooth extracted and it was a quick experience.

My daughter is 6, she absolutely loved her first visit with this facility. I would like to say thank you to Addy who cleaned my daughter’s teeth and did her X-rays. You did such an amazing job, I recommend this place and the wonderful hygienist here as well. Great environment! Thank you all again!

We love smile starters! Everybody in the office is so nice and accommodating, they always have tons of available appointments and they take any insurance.

Kept me very informed the entire process! Entire staff was amazing! Very informative & helpful the entire process from check in to departure. I highly recommend great with kids it was my baby's first appointment he didn't even cry they were so gentle and he loved the dinosaurs on the wall.

Jessica, the manager and her team were great! And went above and beyond when helping us with a referral. Extremely friendly and spirited.

Very gentle, patient, and nice with my 4 year old. They even let me go back with her to a private room and did everything they could to try to make it a positive experience for her first time. She was still scared but I think that's normal for her age.
