This auto-shop did an excellent job working on my car. They performed a major tune up on my car, and I haven't experience any issues, after getting services from this business. Of course, I'd recommend anyone using their services, and yes I'll return, if I when I need more car services.

I took my vehicle a few times for multiple reasons and have always got great help in a timely matter. Will definitely keep coming back!

My car engine light came on so I drove it to the closest garage , which happened to be Cloverdale Auto Service.
They were super busy but took a pity on my and changed the cars spark plugs.
My car was ready the same day.

I was in town for my son's soccer tournament when I was told my brake lights weren't working. Nothing was open late Saturday and Sunday so I found Cloverdale on Google. They open at 7:30am on Monday and I arrived at 7:20am. I explained what I needed and that I had to drive back to Atlanta that day. I had no appointment but they fixed my lights and had me out the door by 7:45am!! I'm so grateful that they worked me into their morning!

Recently went here for the first time to get some maintenance done on my car. They took great care of my needs at an affordable price. They even contacted me a few days later to make sure my car was still running well after using their services. This showed great professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about these folks. They are right across from my place of employment, and I hate it took me so long to begin utilizing them. Now that I have, I can't imagine not going there. Their hours are early enough that I can drop off my vehicle and walk to work. They always let me know what they find, but never pressure me to fix it if it's not truly a danger for myself and the vehicle. They've done major work for me changing a transmission and basic work such as oil changes and inspections. So far, they've given me zero reasons not to trust their judgement and advice. Having that trust is important and that's hard to find in automotive shops, large and small. I can certainly recommend them.

John & Charles are two of the kindest, most honest, and most knowledgeable mechanics in town. Unlike some other shops with less integrity, you can tell these guys are on your side. They have serviced our cars for years, and they always do great work. They have done major repair jobs like a head gasket, and minor things like oil & inspections, and they always try their best to save you money and get it done right. I know quite a bit about cars, and I can always tell when someone is pretending to know more than they do, or being dishonest. These guys are world class, and I can't recommend their shop highly enough.

Excellent auto service facility. John and Charles are very friendly and above all, very honest. They seem to make an effort to keep costs down. Charles has been able to fix any problem I have had. Very convenient for Baptist hospital employees who can drop off their vehicles as they go to work and drive their serviced vehicles home after work.

I have been using Cloverdale Auto Service for a few years. They've been great with any repairs and general maintenance. I really appreciate them working me in at the last minute and the very thorough work they always do!

I have had nothing but a positive experience at Cloverdale Shell. All of the work that has been done on my vehicle was carefully explained to me and the staff is fully transparent about the actions they will take before moving forward with any repairs. They have also gone the extra mile by sharing part rebate coupons with me even after I had paid my bill. The customer service here is exceptional and the work is professional.

We usually get our car fixed inthe dealer's service center. Our car broke at work and we took it at Cloverde Auto, as some friends recommended. True enough, they were very professional and will notcharge you for what is not needed. They even called to make sure our car is working perfectly. We will keep using their services.

This place was great. I took my car in for a general servicing and to have my A/C checked out. The A/C needed some more difficult repairs, but I still got my car back to me in less than a day. I was also really impressed because I have a VW and it’s really hard to find places that service European cars at a good price.

Great professional service. I've had no issues using them for my car maintenance and inspections. Always on time and being able to schedule quickly through text messages or phone has been a breeze.

I went to a big box auto repair and was told the engine block failed the diagnostic test. I asked if they could at least put on a new hose so my coolant wouldn't leak so I could drive it someplace else since they said store policy would allow them to touch it after it failed (shaking your head in disbelief too?!) I had to call a tow truck to pick up my van out of their parking lot (!) and hauled to Cloverdale. Once there it was a $150 fix, engine block fine.

These guys are great. They got my rather oddball car diagnosed and fixed within a couple days. They kept me up to date on the job, as well. I'll be going back for service for my other vehicles for sure.

The guys at Cloverdale Auto are awesome, I would highly recommend any friends/family that are seeking auto repairs/maintenance to them. Professional, friendly, explicitly clear and honest when it comes to work and pricing of work, and they even go through the effort of explaining their work to their customers who aren’t necessarily mechanics.
