I love this place! Always great work. They won't try to up sell you a bunch of stuff. Very honest and straight forward. They completely understand that people are broke and will try to do whatever they can to get you back on the road. Highly HIGHLY recommend them.

I was out of town on business and while heading back to Georgia I experienced some car trouble. I called 10 different facilities and noone had an available appointment today. I called Rattle and Hum and Rob heard my story and told me I could come by. They not only checked my issue but the entire car received diagnostic information. I got back on the road in 2 hours! A week ago I got into an accident while traveling in Winston-Salem with my daughter. Though my car seemed to be drive-able afterwards, I decided to take my car to a near-by auto shop. Nowadays not many shops open on Saturdays, but I was lucky to find Rattle & Hum. The three gentlemen were all so kind. They took turns to inspect damages of my car despite that they were about to close the shop for the day. The manager or perhaps owner later spent a few mins and identified the radiator coolant leak. He advised me to get a rental car as I really wanted to return home in Georgia. This advice later turned out to be saving my car if not saving our lives. I am so indebted to their kindness. Thank you Rattle & Hum! Sorry I lost my mind a bit on that day so I totally forgot to ask your names. To those who might unfortunately be in a situation as I was, you have a trustworthy place to go to for help!

I've had my car here a few times. As a woman who isn't completely ignorant about cars (just doesn't enjoy doing work herself) I feel comfortable in this place. They address ME if it's my car, not the male accompanying me. They call me by my name (not sweetheart or some generic place holder). But most importantly they do quality work, the place is clean, they are quick, and they communicate any problems they find clearly and kindly. It's really hard to find a car place that makes me feel like a customer, not a poor little girl who doesn't know anything. This place is great!

i’ve gone here a couple times, always the best pricing and most helpful service. i appreciate being able to schedule online and just get a follow-up call for time estimate and such. they want you to save time and money, and even if you’re inexperienced with cars they are happy to talk you through it and give visuals. thanks guys!!

Excellent and timely service. The team has been very accomodating from such dropping me off at home when servicing my car. They are also reasonably priced.
I feel like I am talking to a family member taking care of my car; they just want to make sure that I am safe on the road.

So far I've had a wonderful experience with Rattle & Hum. I brought my car for some much needed maintenance and they were not only able to do it quickly, but they were also able to notify me about another part I had no idea was malfunctioning and asked before putting out a search for that part. This was preventing part of the service I had asked for. However, they found it quickly the following weekend and performed that other service for me free of charge due to the issue. A great shop and great mechanics. Will be going to them in the future.

We've been taking our cars to Rattle & Hum for many years. It's so nice to have a garage we can trust. It literally means having one less thing to worry about. Everyone in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable and they always do great work. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Seems like a good shop although I made an appointment and was not told of a charge until I showed up , my quote was higher than expected.
