I absolutely love going inside the facility. The employees inside are friendly and very knowledgeable. The popcorn inside the popcorn machine is also a great snack while you wait to receive your vehicle. I have never been disappointed while visiting but I'm always greated with a smile followed by the questions"how can I help you?"

Got a car on auction back in June. This was my first time at Copart and my first auction car. Staff were kind as well as very professional and answered every question I have. Payment processing and vehicle pickup was an absolute breeze. Hope to bid on another car soon! And it definitely will be at this location!

Very busy. Very large. Took the 2hr nickle tour. If your going during this hot summer I suggest you bring lots of ice water. They provide fresh popcorn and ice water but bring a Jug.

First time buyer. Was very easy to bid. I was prepared 2 months in advance. Also paying online and picking transport was very convenient. They do a good job of trying to make it easy to buy and transport.

My husband 1999Lexus he was restoring got slammed in the rear and it was declared total, this car was brought there from Charlotte, NC and we had to deliver the title to be able to get the money for the car. The people who helped us were outstanding . Very helpful ... Katie Brett.🚘🚗

Favorite location! Best auction company to buy a vehicle. Easy process and if you understand what to look for on the types of categories on your desired vehicle while understanding guidelines and otherwise the potential repairs (or not) some minor and others not so much. You can always find something from one week to the next

That yard manager, Alan Tucker, is the best. He leaps tall carstacks in a single bound, while holding a car under each arm, then stacks the cars he carried on top of existing stacks, slinging them on top singlehandedly, smiling the whole time like it's nothing.

Excellent service with a good smile and the drivers are great giving you your vehicle on time

China Grove Copart has the VERY BEST STAFF!!! We are an independent carrier & try to get most of our loads from China Grove because we know when we call in to check vehicles readiness or go to pick them up (which we do twice a week) that they couldn't be nicer or more efficient.
