I was traveling for Christmas, my engine came on. I booked my appointment for 3 p.m, and they rescheduled for 10 a.m to be sure it was repaired in the same day. They also provided me with a courtesy car so we weren’t stranded. Phenomenal service and the nicest guys.

Excellent customer service. Experienced technicians! The coolant temperature gauge was fluctuating without having the check engine on, but the guys found the issue and they fixed it ! Thank you guys!

They finally hired a young lady who gave optimum customer service! I was dreading going with all the other bad experiences, but this young lady made up for it! She understands what customer care, service, and follow-up are. I can only hope they don't change her and keep her as she is A++++ in my book.

My wife and myself had a very simple and enjoyable experience purchasing our Mazda CX-5 from Bob King. Would recommend trying to connect with Zachree Nestor if you're looking to get into something else, wether new or used. He will be nothing but honest with you, and will try to get you in something that fits your needs as closely as possible. Mark in finance was also awesome and genuinely nice to talk to while knocking paperwork out.

We meanwhile purchased our 3rd car with Bob King Mazda and we would always go back to this branch. It is an special pleasure to work with Lannie Ledford which we see as our main Sales Professional but also all other employees like Mr. Robinson from sales or Joel and David from the Service department @Bob King are always friendly and welcoming when we need to go there. It is overall a pretty good Team. The location itself is new nice and always clean.
