Flow Honda Service - University Pkwy

This was my second experience with Honda at the University location. The service team and management were excellent! While waiting, I had access to snacks and beverages. Free coffee is always a plus. The waiting room is comfortable and private. I was sent video of my car being serviced and accurate description of the service. Honda was quick to get my car back and I was very pleased.

The staff provided EXCELLENT SERVICE to fix my car. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle over the course from analysis, ordering parts and repair. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys. See you again when my oil change is needed.

This place is always so easy to get in. Just in for a car wash and only took 15 minutes 👍🏼Didn’t even get a chance to take more pictures.

I’ve been to five Honda dealerships for maintenance in the past two years but none came close to the professionalism and excellent service at Flow!!! They worked quickly and efficiently and Len did an excellent job keeping me informed and working with my warranty company to handle all the details.

Replaced timing belt, etc. Timely, professional, better price than quoted by other dealers. Well worth trip from Greensboro.

I have to give a very special heart felt thanks to Josh, Thomas, and other members of the service team for the repairs needed for my Honda. I've had plenty of major repairs done to my vehicle to include replacing the transmission and converter. Just recently, I've had to have my entire motor replaced and I have to say, they took their time and made sure the job was done to perfection. They really go the extra mile to ensure that everything is in excellent running condition before I leave the shop. I highly recommend Flow Honda at University parkway for anyone needing repairs or routine maintenance for their vehicle. They have yet to fail me and I've been getting service from them for five years.

I contacted the dealership before driving down there and spoke to Shannon. She was super helpful and never seemed bothered by my many phone calls and questions. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Hamilton she had the car I wanted to test drive ready for me. She also helped me get all of the discounts I could and was very professional. They whole staff was friendly and helpful. My car was detailed before I left the lot. I drove over an hour just to come to this dealership!

Flow Honda at Northpoint has been taking care of my cars for several years. The customer service is superb and they never let me down. They keep my car in proper running order - and it has never left me on the side of the road. They are knowledgeable, reliable and know their business. They even take are of my father's Toyota - though it's not their usual task. After repeated bad experiences with the local Toyota dealer, they graciously agreed to help us with this vehicle. We highly recommend their service.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or service. This place was the best. I had a coupon which from experience at other places wouldn't work. It's always "oh no that's for an oil your car doesn't take" I've spent over $60 at Valvoline, I spent over $80 at Myers Tires. I spent under $25 here and that was with an inspection, tire pressure, wiper fluid because I was out, etc. They were fast, professional, you can see video of the work they do. They didn't try to sell me anything, they didn't try any silly up charges, etc. Best place for an oil change and I'll be using them for everything my car needs.

My car repair experience was unique and a little lengthy due to a variety of circumstances. Rene, and others, did a great job of supporting me through the process. I feel that the service provided was extremely fair and professional. I left VERY satisfied. My car finally runs like it should! Thank you all for treating me so well!

Thank you Tony! I have been going to this location for years. (I have owed Hondas for over 20 years.) Yesterday, Tony not only helped me, but he educated me. It is easy for me to go to a repair shop and have my guard up against any "unnecessary" repairs etc. This place isn't like that, and better than that, they don't get irritated when I ask for help understanding what is happening and why it might be happening. I appreciate that!

I had a problem with air leak on drivers side window. Part was ordered in a timely manner and fixed. The shuttle service was on time in taking me to work and picking me up. Thanks Honda for great service and customer satisfaction!

My husband and I just bought a new 2014 Honda CRV. We had certain criteria that we wanted in our car and Flow Honda had exactly what we wanted. The best part of the experience was working with Kevin V. (salesperson), he helped us tremendously. He made sure everything went smoothly and made sure we were taken care of. He is still being very helpful with some questions we had after purchase, most car salesman would forget you after your purchase but he has stayed in touch to make sure we are taken care of. Super nice attendants that are always willing to help. They always talk me through the process of what's going on with my vehicle and take the time to answer any questions I might have. Awesome service.

Battery died on my wife's 2014 Crosstour when I was leaving work for home(after 5pm) . I had a fellow employee jump start the car and I drove it to Flow and they promptly replaced the battery with a better one. Honestly it gets no better then that and it made my decision to purchase the car from Flow even better. Thank You

We had taken a car that we inherited for a safety check and inspection before a long trip. Because the car had sat for several months it did not pass the emissions test, but everything else was fine. I guess because
they serviced the car on a regular basis prior to us getting it, they didn't charge us.

Guys there have always provided me w/utmost professionalism & courtesy & I do appreciate there diligence @ helping me keep my vehicle running liked I'd hope it would! Thx y'all!

Brian Washburn was an awesome salesman! I got a great price and I got the payment what I wanted to be without any issues. Everyone was nice and straightforward and very transparent.

I showed up without an appointment while passing through town on a road trip. They checked an instrument light warning, checked my tyre pressure and got me back on the road within 15 minutes with a smile and no charge!
