This French style coffee shop is lovely - it's very clean and tidy with a cozy atmosphere. The coffee and baked goods are delicious. I enjoyed everything I tried! My only small critique is that the space is a bit small, so it can get crowded at busy times. But the great quality and reasonable prices make up for it. I'll definitely be back again. The food is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!

We were going to stop in on Saturday but the line was out the door! So we decided to stop by today around 10am. No lines! This was our first time here. The staff were nice! We got a ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, butter croissant and an apple danish. The ham and cheese croissant was absolutely delicious!!! Looking forward to coming back and try other goodies! Love the sticker at the bottom of our bakery box!

Very nice establishment, and I say that because it looks like way more than a bakery. Bakery side has great lighting to really showcase the pastries and drink making area. The other side has a large bar, and the wines stocked look amazing. Large tables for big parties. Folks were just hanging out doing work on their laptops at 730 AM. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. So..the bakery goods all looked delicious. I tried the coffee cake on the strength of the reviews since it was 7am. It was dense and had a good struesel on top. I personally would like it a little less dense, but heating it probably would help. The star of the show was the ginger molasses cream cheese cookie. Cookie was so moist and paired well with the cream cheese filling. Overall, I loved the experience and would come back to try other food items!

We popped into Bobby Boy Bakeshop after seeing it was nominated for a James Beard award. When we arrived (Friday lunch) the line was out the door. We were prepared for a long wait but pleasantly surprised at how fast the line moved. Staff was friendly and helpful during the ordering process. No indication of stress due to the volume of customers. We ordered the quiche and meatball sub with a couple of the decadent desserts. The quiche was light and delicious. The sub was a work of art - bread was delightful, meatballs were quality and sauce was outstanding. Together it was a masterpiece. Desserts were delicious. Definitely not your usual bakery items. They were artfully prepared and just as yummy. James Beard worthy!

Welcoming bakery with delightful treats and food items. We waited in line a short while but the coffee was top tier and the sandwiches were stellar. Friendly service is above and beyond. Plenty of seating with all sorts of folks popping in for sweets or food or coffees. Cannot wait to return!

Hands down the best bakery AND coffee spot in Winston. Don’t even get me started on the fresh pastries, they are immaculate. You can not find a better croissant here. And there is so much variety in terms of flavors. All of the food is good, the soups, the sandwiches, the sweet and savory pastries. But the part that really gets me is their iced lattes. They use coffee ice cubes! I have never seen that done anywhere and I have never been more impressed by an iced latte. And I’m pretty sure they make their flavors syrups from scratch too.

Truly delightful selection of every baked good your heart could desire! A wide selection of breakfast pastries, a phenomenal quiche, and not too long of a wait on a Saturday morning! Don't skip the coffee cake if they have it!

Amazing. Everything I’ve had so far is delicious. Every employee I’ve encountered is friendly and helpful. The shop itself is very cozy. Can’t wait to go back.

We always have a great time at this bakery. They have new sweets almost every time we visit and they are super fancy. I like to grab items I have never heard of to try.
Though they are a little expensive, I still find it to be a great bakery.

Finally got to visit this beautiful bakery! Such a good selection of pastries and coffees. I missed a little bit of more savory breakfast options but the ham & cheese croissant is a dream!! 10/10 for not usig plastic cups, plates and cutlery!! 🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 love it!
And the stand with fresh strawberries, veggies and eggs outside was a great bonus today 🤍

Delicious breads, pastries, soups & quiche. Everything is expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients. Great for breakfast or lunch, since it closes early. Check their social media to confirm hours, since they occasionally close for vacation/holidays. Make sure to try the prosciutto & gruyere sandwich.

This was my second time visiting Bobby Boy Bakeshop, but my first enjoying a more substantial meal (not that pastries can't be a meal - but my first time ordering something hot!). As expected, everything was delicious, like, I'd want to eat here all the time if I lived in Winston! There was also a minor issue where we received a wrong item and the staff quickly corrected it, and I really appreciated how swift and easy it was to fix. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely love this bake shop. They have great coffee and their in house syrups are amazing. I love their pastries. They’re so good we make sure to stop by every time we’re in North Carolina. The staff/baristas are super friendly.

Tried out this bakery while visiting the area. The baked goods were yummy and very pretty (Insta worthy). I really enjoyed their macarons - those are notoriously hard to make well and they had just the right texture. The parking in front is limited and we had a wait outside with a long line, but staff moved as quickly as possible to get everyone through. Despite the quick pace, I did not feel rushed when it was my turn up at the front. I would definitely return if in the area again. The breads also looked delicious - a staff member did mention that baguettes aren't available until later in the morning.

It was my first time visiting this little gem of a bakery.The eclairs are delicious and the lemonade strawberry drink is divine. If you want an experience of elegant delicacies, this this is your place.

While this place is packed and stays busy it is for good reason! The eclairs are divine! The cinnamon roll was delicious as well. Not only do they have pastries but salads and sandwiches as well. Do yourself a favor and stop by. They have something that is sure to entice you.

This place is a gem ! Everything is so freshly made, staff is so friendly and patient, which is surprisingly something that most places nowadays are lacking in it even if is so crucial to make your customers come back and refer other people as well.
Croissant was crunchy and delicious ! Hot beverages were tasty! Definitely highly recommended.
