Had the absolute best experience at Hope’s! Charlie and Hope both made my entire wedding dress experience easy, fun, and stress-free. Everything was so easy from initial try-on and finding my dress through the entire alterations process. They had great attention to detail and patience in making sure every aspect of my dress was perfect. Their knowledge and experience in the wedding industry is an added plus. They even handled the tuxedos for my husband and the guys. I can’t say enough good things about Hope’s Bridal!

Hope and Charlie are a pleasure to work with!!! I purchased my wedding gown/bridesmaid/MOB dresses from them and had exceptional service every time I came in for fittings. They truly make you feel like family. My Best friend is now getting married and has decided to also use Hope's Bridal for her gown and bridesmaids. We wouldn't go any where else. 10/10 recommend.

Great selection and very friendly employees. It was like she knew my taste or my style. And the prices are not bad at all. There’s something for every budget. They also have shoes and accessories, and do alterations! Definitely going back!

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Hope's Bridal Boutique! Hope's was the fourth place I had visited in hope of finding the perfect wedding dress. I must say it was my best experience by far. Charlie was so helpful and very personable. I never felt pressured to buy a certain priced dress, and she never made me feel rushed during the process. This place has a great selection from all different price ranges. I'm glad to say I found my perfect dress for a great price! I also felt at ease during the whole process. Love, love, love Hope's! We bought our daughter's wedding dress there, the bride's maids' dresses, and the tuxes. Hope and Charlie went way beyond. Their prices for alterations were very reasonable. Their service was impeccable. Can't say enough nice things about them!

If you are looking for a wedding dress, you have to visit Hope's Bridal. I went to bridal stores all over the city, but nothing compared to my experience here. Buying your wedding dress is not only about having a great selection, but also the experience you will have choosing one. All my family lives out of town, so I didn't have anyone around to help me pick out a dress. All the girls at Hope's made me feel right at home and part of their family. Hope was simply amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make my dress perfect for me. I found the perfect dress at her store, at half the price of another bridal shop! It was sleeveless, and I was uncomfortable having my arms and back so exposed. She offered to hand bead the most intricate material, and altered this dress to fit my needs. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day because of all the hard work she did to alter this dress. I promise you will love this place! Thank you Hope for making me beautiful on my wedding day...

Hope and Charlie are fantastic. I went in having a vague idea of what I was looking for and ended up leaving with the perfect dress. I never felt pressured or rushed. They worked with me on the fitting times since I was coming from Cary. Charley has a fantastic eye and Hope is a genius with the alterations. I highly recommend them, esp. to people who don't want the "warehouse wedding dress" experience. They make you feel like family and the prices are fantastic.

I loved Hope's Bridal Boutique, and that it was a smaller, locally owned shop. This was the first store I did any wedding dress shopping at, and Charlie was the sweetest!! She quickly learned what I did and didn't like, and made helpful suggestions. She patiently helped me get into probably at least 20 dresses, all the while putting me at ease and helping me to understand the whole wedding dress process!!! If you're looking for a special, low-pressure, one-on-one experience, this is the place to go!

We moved during our wedding planning process. Hope and her team made sure my dress fit PERFECTLY! She also was sweet enough to accommodate me flying in to try my dress on. So many of my guests commented on how beautiful I looked in my dress, not just how great the dress was. There were some fit issue during the trials and Hope was able to interpret my concern and show me what my options were for fixing it. Her work was truly impeccable. Additionally, I always felt like family when I went in. Hope and Charlie were so kind to me and my family and encouraged us to stay as long as we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the changes. Hope additionally was kind enough to deliver my dress to the hotel the day of the event. I cannot say enough good things about my dress buying, fitting, and wearing process. I would go back in a heartbeat for a special event or prom.

If you're looking for a wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, or prom attire, go to Hope's. The boutique has a nice, homey feel. The staff is very patient and helpful. I probably worried Charlie to death, but she was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. They didn't have the original dress I wanted, but instead of rushing me off the phone like other shops, Charlie was quick to recommend another dress. Ultimately, I loved her suggestion, and it is the dress I will wear when I walk down the aisle next year!

I would highly recommend Hope's to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and excellent customer service. Hope and her team went above and beyond to ensure my dress was going to be ready on time and it turned out just like I had imagined it would. I had such a wonderful experience with them.

Absolutely great experience prom dress shopping. First and only store we shopped at for 2019 Prom. We also bought a prom dress from Hope’s Bridal last year. Gorgeous name brand dresses, good prices and amazing staff. We received lots of personal attention and help to find the right dress. I would definitely recommend Hope’s Bridal if you are in the need of a quality prom dress.

I needed a dress for April 22 went there yesterday tryed on dresses off the rack I I feel in love with one and put on hold Went back today tryed it on again loved the people where great it just so nice there I remend this place it great
