Great downtown coffee shop with outdoor seating. I always look for cafes that have casual sidewalk seating like they do in Europe and some bigger US cities and it’s so cozy here. I’m an artist and I really appreciate their nice branding and decor but, most importantly, their coffee is great! I got the breakfast hash quiche and it was a good portion. Make sure to stop by!

This was my first time trying Camino Bakery and it did not disappoint! We picked up some hot cross buns that we preordered for the Easter weekend. I also got one of their chocolate chip cookies and a loaf of sourdough bread.
The hot cross buns were good, not overly sweet and the icing on top was nice. I would have liked it if there had been a bit more raisins and spice added, but it was still very good.
The chocolate chip cookie was very fresh and not oily at all. The sourdough loaf was excellent and was my favorite item. It tasted very pure.
I also tried the Tarta de Santiago and it was absolutely delicious!
I appreciate the fact that this bakery does not use cheap or processed ingredients. I didn’t feel bad after eating the items like I have experienced with other local bakeries.
I will definitely be back when I’m in town!

We absolutely loved our visit to Camino Bakery in Winston-Salem on a Saturday morning. There was a line when we arrived, but the line moved quickly so it was good.
We got the lattes, and for food we got the almond horn, heirloom tomato danish and orange pistachio danish. The lattes were perfect to start our morning, and the food was scrumptious as well. There’s a neat piece of history to this place; reading about that was cool too.
We were in and out in around 30 mins. Parking nearby is street parking. The staff was exceptional and polite through and through. I highly recommend this bakery if you’re in the area.

When Mrs. says she wants a coffee break, I find a coffee break. After parking on the street, Camino was super easy. We looked over the pastries while waiting, landing on the mousse for my wife and an almond horn for me. Our latte did not take long at all and we were set.
Great sweet stop, excellent coffee break, five stars for Camino.

Stopped here late morning in between other appointments in Winston-Salem. Nice spot for different baked items, including breads, of which I partook in a croissant with my beverage of choice. I also got a chai scone to go, which I still have to try with tea this afternoon. While there are a couple of other spots in town that I want to try, Camino will remain on the list for a second visit.

I gave an average rating on the food, because I didn't eat anything. I just had coffee. The service was cordial and speedy.
The atmosphere was too open for my liking. No privacy whatsoever.

If Camino isn't your favorite coffee place in town you need to try again, because it should be. Everything Croissant, Almond Croissant, Magical Coffee, anything off their Spring Menu, I could go on and on.

Every time my wife and I travel I hunt out local coffee shops. I have tried coffee shops all over the world and Camino is a top tier spot. The vibes were immaculate. The coffee was superb (Counter Culture). The gluten free baked goods were also fantastic. Camino will definitely be our Winston Salem coffee shop!

I ordered a 16oz oatmeal cookie latte. It felt like was drinking a cookie. I loved it. I would recommend anyone order it. That staff was polite and professional. I would go again for another.

Recently came home to visit family in Mocksville and stopped by this cafe several times. I love the atmosphere and appreciate having a nice place to get a little work done on the trip. I'm also vegetarian and they had really tasty vegetarian options. Coffee and pastries were very good too!

Always amazing, and their gluten free offerings and autumn drinks are excellent. I love their snickerdoodle cookie, almond horns and *especially* the flavorful Camino torta de Santiago. Many coffee shops have come and go in Winston Salem in the past decade but there is only one Camino!

I’ve been here the two times that I’ve visited family in Winston, and I love it. It’s my go to place here for vegan pastries.

Very spacious and clean! They also have very good coffee and tea.

The employees are kind, the coffee is great, and their everything croissants are insanely good. The seasonal drinks aren't the overly syrupy and sugary things you'd find at large chain cafes and taste true to the descriptions. While I can't advocate enough for the everything croissant, every baked good looked delicious. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd absolutely come back. Also, if supporting local roasters is your thing, their beans come from NC!

I was attracted to this place due to the beautiful designs on the coffee and I was not disappointed! Madison you did a great job! <3 Kelly and Jack were great too! My boyfriend loves the gluten free brownie! I also wanted to try the Horchata drink and it was delicious!

Their nitro cold brew is super creamy. I tried their sticky bun and herb + garlic croissant. I will be back soon!
My partner and I come here most times we visit Winston Salem, now. They have the best pastries in town. This last visit we had the pumpkin cream cheese danish and a cinnamon sugar pastry made with the croissant dough. Their almond horns are nostalgic for me. They're always busy, but that's expected since their coffee and pastries are so delicious. The line moves quickly and the wait for coffee is short.

This place is great. Both times I've come here whoever was taking orders was very patient and explained a few drinks to me. I always try to grab at least 1 food item. Between their bread, cookies, brownies, and the Mexican Chocolate Cheesecake, I was very impressed. The coffees were fantastic, and great latte art. The tea was also pretty good.

The name may be Camino Bakery (and their baked goods are absolutely stellar), but I’m here for the coffee! Super solid espresso shots and their drip coffee knocks it out of the park. Camino rivals any specialty coffee shop around!
Whoever is choosing which roasts to use from Counter Culture Coffee Roasters really understands coffee and they train their baristas well. I would prefer a lighter roasted coffee for my espresso, but I got two defect free shots on different days so I can’t complain! I got drip coffee in both the morning and afternoon near closing time and it was good at both times.
Huge shoutout to whoever developed the recipe for the Tarta de Santiago, it was amazing.

The autumn spice miel is one of the best espresso drinks I've ever had. The coffee here is so good and it's a perfect place to study and get some work done.
