Cocoa Cinnamon

Hard to beat. They have a commitment to local coffee and baked goods. They have a creative space that works as a gathering and/or work environment. Their lattes are delicious and I love the unique flavors they use.

I’ve come to this Cocoa Cinnamon many times. I always get the iced latte. I do mean to try something else but the iced latte is just so good. I put 3 squirts of simple syrup in it myself and it’s the best. Usually there isn’t too much of a wait. Today I didn’t wait at all. I ordered my usual and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookies are really good. They get most their baked goods from local bakeries. They always make my coffee pretty quick. It’s always packed with people working and meeting with others. I never have time to hang out but it definitely seems like a nice place to enjoy your coffee. The barista wasn’t as friendly today as the other ones but she made my iced coffee really good so I didn’t mind. The staff are always wearing masks at this location, it’s no problem for me. I’ll definitely be back it’s really really good coffee. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I came to this location thinking they had churros. Instead they have the churro waffles which wasn't bad. I still prefer the churros. The service here was excellent! The gentleman that took my order answered all my questions and was very polite! I had the Al Mokha coffe which was nice and strong!

After days of hotel coffee, my cup of coffee at Cocoa Cinnamon was amazing! Barista was knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We are traveling and had to get it to go, so I appreciate they use eco friendly paper products as well! Huge thanks to the baristas for making us a great cup of coffee and being so nice!

I needed a place where I could work remotely for a few hours in the middle of a weekday and as soon as I saw this coffee shop on Google Maps I was set on going. The barista was incredibly helpful and they gave me a stellar recommendation for the Durm Fog - I'm immediately addicted. Prices aren't cheap, but the quality is absolutely there and the volume was very satisfactory. The interior has a really nice vibe, the music is loud enough that you're aware of it but you can definitely still hold conversations easily. There is lots of interior seating, mostly bench styles with small, beautiful tables. Wifi was reliable in my experience and I absolutely want to come here again.

Great coffee shop! Had the “Alebrijes in the Garden” drink which was macademia nut milk matcha latte with cinnamon and clove syrup and garnished with rose and lavender and very much enjoyed the drink. They also sell coffee beans and some merchandise. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with shading. Small parking lot in the back.

Cool vibe with students studying, academics chatting. Croissants are as good as France and they have some very interesting and unique latte syrups and flavors. Nice people, pretty latte art.

Delicious Churros, interesting hot chocolate and coffee creations. Best Churros I've had in the Triangle! Nice place to sit and sip and do some work/reading.

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop in Durham . The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the coffee was delicious and expertly brewed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Great vibe and delicious coffee and tea! Free wi-fi. Limited seating for folks who want to work here. My business meeting was easily and warmly conducted on a bench. Great, small outdoor seating. Limited parking during peak hours. It's worth a visit!

My only disappointment is that the large drip was 12 ounces, because it was delicious! The blueberry cheese danish that I got completely changed the course of my day, in a positive direction. Thanks!

I found this cafe on google map while driving to Durham, and decided to give it a try. This is the cutest coffee shop i have seen in a long time. Apparently, it is a working spot for a lot of people who like to come here for work or study. Coffee here is really good! I have tried the Dr. Durham. One thing that would be an improvement is the parking space, it is so small.

Friendly and helpful staff. The barista and I talked about flavors and textures and helped me make some tasty choices. Chill atmosphere. A few people working remote from there and I can certainly see why! Highly recommend!

Delightful spot to stop in a grab a beautiful made and delicious tasting treat!

Nice chilled out vibe to this place and the coffee is great too. They use beans from the 'Little waves coffee roasters' which was recently voted as the top roaster- so coffee is high quality. I tried their Amuleto which was great. The interior is cozy.

Amazing coffee and hot chocolate place. The smell when you enter the place is just amazing. Also do try their hot chocolate with added signature spices - you won't get to taste anything like it anywhere else. Must visit

This is the cutest coffee shop! The staff was extremely kind, helpful and the atmosphere is great. Next time I will have try the yummy pastries they have.

-Positive, colorful, and vibrant atmosphere for working
-WiFi
-Free used Coffee ground bags for your home garden to compost! So cool I took a bag.

Why you might not come here:
-If you need a quiet space to work, music was moderately loud and there were lots of conversations from other patrons. But no different from any other coffee shop.
-That’s it! Loved it

Everytime when I don't know where to hang out on weekends,I will go to Cocoa.There are three chained shops located in Durham.Love its coffee and chorrus so much!

Every time I am in Durham we come here. The shop is cute and the staff is friendly. But also it is my favorite coffee, by Little Waves Coffee Roasters. I get it shipped and pack my luggage with it when I am in Durham.
