Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center

My mom was here post-operation for a procedure she had with Novant Health Clemmons Colon and Rectal (which was also a fabulous experience) and was thoroughly impressed with all of the staff. As an RN, my mom has high standards for care and had nothing but glowing things to say about everyone. The food services staff was always friendly, the RNs and CNAs on her floor were very attentive and knowledgeable, the nurse manager for her med/surg unit was so kind, and her surgeon was impeccable. She also remarked many times about how everything was incredibly clean and spacious. Overall, if you have to have GI surgery, this is the place to have it!

Clemmons Medical is by far one of the Top medical centers hands down. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you and your Family are taken care of.

Wonderful visit. I'm usually anxious during hospital visit but the Nurses were terrific both Pre and Post Op. They even sent me a get well card

They are so fast and efficient my husband gashed his leg and needed stitches we left from another hospital just to come here because I knew they would take good care of him and they did i would recommend this place highly thank you clemmons for taking care of my husband and gave the attention he deserves

From the greeter at the door to every department throughout the facility everyone was professional, friendly and wonderful. I couldn’t ask for any better experience for my surgery. When you’re treated in such a caring way by everyone it makes for a great experience. Highly satisfied with this facility and staff.

This facility and staff are all top notch. Other facilities should be modeled after this facility and staff - unbelievably how everyone was very supportive with my minor surgery and caring for me. My nurse, Barry, provided both my wife and myself with very his calm nature which which insured us we were in good hands. This is true with the anesthesiologist in my primary surgeon as well all top notch individuals. The facility was impeccably clean. I recommend this facility and staff to others.

I had an outpatient procedure here last week. From the security officer and greeter to admissions, nursing staff and doctors, everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Each employee made me feel more relaxed and at ease about my surgery. I kept saying it was like being in a Hallmark movie - the super clean facility, beautiful Christmas decorations, hospitality and exceptional care made me feel special.

I was just discharged from this facility after spending two days and nights in their ER. I can't say enough good things about this facility and their staff. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious I was in excellent hands. The check-in process was fast and efficient and all the wonderful doctors and nursing staff that I interacted with couldn't have been more nice and caring and compassionate. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!

Excellent and compassionate care! I felt like I was the only patient they had to care for. From reception and registration to pre-surgery and the operating room to discharge, I couldn't have asked for any better care!

My mom's nurse Duffin was AMAZING. His professionalism exceeded what was anticipated. And she can be a handful. Thank you Duff!!

The ER nurses were outstanding. They were very attentive and informative.

Went here for a scheduled surgery. The facility is new and modern, and they seem to have taken care to adequately staff the facility and train the staff well. All of the staff was efficient and courteous, which sadly, you do not see in all hospitals and medical facilities in the triad. I drove 35 minutes to have my procedure at this facility rather than go to my local hospital and I would say it is worth it.

I had a total hip replacement. Novant health in clemmons was a top notch facility. The entire staff were completely caring informative and understanding. All of my needs were met any questions I had were answered. Not that I want to have surgery again anytime soon but if I do I will definitely choose this facility again.

I recently had major foot surgery at this facility. From the moment we entered the hospital everyone treated us with respect. My care was flawless from nurses , CNA's Surgeon and Anesthesiologist and his assistant. I highly recommend this facility as a community asset. I will most definitely use it again for the other foot.

I visited with a friend and the staff was very friendly. The only person who made me decide to write this review though was the security guard on duty. November 8th at 11pm she was seated at the front desk and radiated nothing but positivity, she was a ray of sunshine to say the least.

Very professional, doctors and staff. The hospital is beautiful and always clean. Thank you, for all your help and kindness. I would recommend this hospital to anyone whose expecting to be treated like your health and concerns matter to you and to them.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate. From the front desk, all if the nurses (Patty, Debbie, Vanessa) the radiography tech, Dr Potts, they treated me with respect and were empathetic to my needs. Just a little bit of kindness goes a very long way when you aren't feeling well. This isn't the first time I've been here and had a great experience so I will definitely be back.

The staff was very attentive and caring. My whole stay in the hospital was a total of two hours. A nurse instantly greeted me as I pulled up. The staff was very kind and helpful during the whole visit. Unfortunately I’m out of town but I wish this was my home ER. The best in town !

Admitted for Covid Pneumonia. The ER nurses and the 2nd floor nurses were very helpful, tenacious and compassionate. They made me feel extremely comfortable and weren’t at all bothered by having to provide care. (I’ve experienced nurses with poor mannerisms in the past) My visit was very bittersweet as it was throughout the entire Christmas holiday. Thank you all for keeping me breathing. Now I’m at Forsyth Medical Center. I’m doing better!!!!
