I did not have an appointment in the service department and dropped in to see why my radio was cutting off while using my Bluetooth. Carrie took me and got my Tundra looked at and 2 hours later it was fixed. I am so appreciative of her taking me in without an appointment. I live in Mineral Wells which is over an hour away. The shottenkirk Toyota in Weatherford flat out wouldn't help me at all and they are 15 away. I highly recommend Toyota of Denton service.
