US Storage Centers

The Winston-Salem, NC storage facility is very nice!! It is always well lit and clean, with large and wide hallways, and lots of carts available for easy movement of things. At checkout I worked with Angel, who made the checkout process super simple, and was all around a really awesome and energetic person to work with!!! 😊 I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area; and for fellow Wake Forest folks; it is in a convenient location and ideal for all you guys!!! And when you swing by; please tell Angel I say hi!!! 🥳

Yesterday was my first time back since they started with new management. I had the pleasure of being helped by a young women named Pennie. She was very professional and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with my service. My husband and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Literally THEE BEST!!!! Property Manager Angel is an ANGEL!!!! The (1800) number i purchased my unit through gave me the wrong size unit. Angel didn’t give me a chance to get an attitude, be frustrated or anything! She IMMEDIATELY jumped to fix my problem and not only that, the boxes and bags i had off the truck already and in the small unit… THIS YOUNG LADY grabbed them all by herself and walked them all up the steps to my new unit! SHE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SHE IS EXCELLENCE! This has literally been an experience. Congratulations queen on all great things you will do! We were looking for storage units in the area and fell across this one. So happy we did, the customer service was top tier. James was very attentive and showed us our unit and all the specs on the place and made sure that our future visits would go smoothly by letting us test out our new keys and how to drive out of the complex. Overall, we are happy to do business with US storage.

There's a lady here name Pennie who will just brighten your day as soon as you see her ! Great smile, very welcoming, helpful, very knowledgeable, her customer service is superb! This was my first time ever purchasing a storage unit so I just am really glad I had someone who doesn't act like they hate their job.
