Went there for oil change for a new car I had bought almost 2 years ago. With the vehicle, I was told 2 yrs of free maintenance. They asked me to show me on my agreement about the 2 year service agreement, I didn't keep the papers as I thought it would be in their computer. So I ended up paying for it. Luckily, they did accept competition coupon and I was able to save $20.00. lesson learned, keep all paperwork, when you buy car and hold it until you no longer need it.

This was an unpleasant car purchase experience. After we negotiated the car purchase price with the manager, we added some additional insurance fees, which I didn't know, which led me to pay more than 6,000 dollars. After consultation, I didn't get a satisfactory answer.
