Patients here are treated like cattle and they don't care about people!!!

Doctors were nice. They rush everything. I went in with a seizure. I went by ambulance. Stopped and asked if i had guns or knifes!? What?? When ready to go the nurse literally ripped out my iv and ripped o2 sensor off finger.
The facility is filthy!!

Dad liked his care. Nurses however never returned my call. My dad had a brain bleed from a fall. I had questions. I’m a nurse and always stay until family members are called back.

My sons in there now been there since yesterday saw doctors last night an hadn’t seen anyone till 4 o’clock today hasn’t had any good since yesterday morning finally got food this evening u can’t get anyone to do anything an u can’t find your way around that hospital it’s crazy he gets out of there I’ll make sure he never goes back there for sure

Horrible service yuck

My boyfriend was there today from 2:30pm until almost 11pm. It took until after 9pm to get in a room. No monitor. No doctor eval. Nothing. He was there with chest pain, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Go here only if you want to die in the waiting room.

This place is the worse.. u ALWAYS wait in emergency for 5-8hours.. the staff is very nasty and rude. They sit and talk more than they help ppl. I thought they were racist but I seen them treat a lot of ppl all races like trash as we waited on the emergency room. I had to give them one star to write an review..DN WASTE UR TIME.. JUST GO TO CLEMMONS OR ANOTHER HOSPITAL NEAR.. THE CAN'T BE THE DOCS AND NURSES U SEE ON TV "GOOD MOVIES"..THESE ARE THE ONE FROM YHA SCARY MOVIES, THT WANT U TO SUFFER.

My dad laid in own urine for 3 hrs because the nurse refused to come help, and the CNA was nowhere to be found. He's been here since yesterday. He's complaining that his hip is messed up and he can't walk. I was told that's ok because "he's skilled nursing". He isn't in skilled nursing, and he can normally walk fine. He came in delirious but walking. I'm told he's being moved to observation and will be released in 24 to 48 hrs. He's worse now than when he came!!!!!

Keep your family away from here!

Edit: They released him with a newly broken hip, unable to walk, and missing his dentures. I contacted security (who apparently handles lost and found). Still no dentures months later. I was told QA would contact me. Never heard a thing.

I’m a handicapped American with the proper cadential‘s but I can’t park in the handicap spot at the emergency room because they have a reserve for the MS which makes no sense so basically EMS and law-enforcement have parking spots in the emergency room parking lot in the beginning in the front, but the rest of us who are actually handicap have to check our cars and then if you have to get something out of your car then you can’t even be able to get back in your car. You have to try to park somewhere else they have no parking for actual handicap people.

The slowest hospital. The staff talks more than they work. Managers are needed less talking more helping the patients. I wonder what the death tolls are.

So my sister wound up here after a bad car accident and she wound up passing that day. They would not let the family view her to identify her they just threw her in the morg like she was nothing. Telling the family "oh you can't see her that's our policy" when I've never in all my days of living have I ever heard of hospitals having any such of policy. And to top it all off didn't even have the decency to call her husband or daughter. Gave the family a big run around as if they was trying to hide something for all I know they could have done something to kill her. I will never trust this place with my family ever again. Me and my family will go to Forsyth from now on but never again to baptist! That was awful!!! 😡😡😡 Take warning NEVER trust your Family in the hands of this dump!

How dare you use the word Baptist in your name. There is nothing Christian about your hospital. Money is your religion.
