Reservation and Renting was hassle free. Chris was very friendly. This was my first time getting a storage unit and everything was explained to me. I got a 10 × 10, with drive up access and outside storage. Great Pricing. It was clean, and spacious enough for my storage needs.

Great staff, extremely friendly, location is super clean and you cannot beat the prices. No hidden fees, and everything is up front. Also, I had to change my storage for a bigger one in a rush, also extend my U-Haul rental, my God, the staff here not only helped me over the phone, so by the time we arrived, we already had the larger storage, but everything was done by phone with her calling us back with updates until done. This place ROCKS and I am happy to have changed and rented a storage here. Thank you!

Chris was very polite, freindly, respectful. Very knowledgeable too. I was greeted with smile from entering the building to leaving it with him answering all my questions. Great Guy!! He explained if I needed larger storage or a smaller storage, all I had to do is request and he would do the adjustments without a problem, still with a smile. Nicest cleanest place I've ever stored stuff. They are open now and I have my stuff there. Very clean and affordable. I was able to get in at the Grand opening rate plus they guarantee no rate increases for 18 months. Other places get you in an immediatly start jacking your rates up so the 18 month price guarantee was great. Nice to have your stuff out of the elements in their climate controlled units.

Cliff, the on site manager is a great guy, always friendly and helpful in any way he can be. Place is also well kept

I have had the privilege of being a client at The Storage Hub for the past year and a half. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Their facilities are clean, well kept and they are incredible to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Winston area looking for extra storage. The staff are all amazing and so kind. I’m sad to be moving and no longer needing the extra storage because they have been so accommodating and easy to work with. I will recommend them to all of my local friends in the future! Prior to using The Storage Hub I had a unit at a different local facility and I can say hands down- these folks are the very best in town. I am truly grateful for all of their professionalism and flexibility in assisting me with my storage and moving needs.

The Storage Hub came to my rescue last May when I found a lock on the competitor's storage unit I had originally booked. It turned out to be a blessing--The Storage Hub was immaculate, easier to unload and had a much better security system.It was a great ending to a day that began with a great deal of stress.
My time is ending at The Storage Hub. They have served me with care and professionalism from day one. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Just recently got a storage unit here.. very nice lady at the front desk to help me. I was needing a storage unit that very day after several failed attempts at the storage unit place down the street. It was fast and speedy.. not bad on price slightly more expensive than others but its very well kept and friendly staff.

Wonderful experience girl was pleasant and her knowledge made ita pleasant experience.

This place is the nicest, cleanest, well lit storage facility I have ever used! Wide large driveways! 24 hour security cams monitored, and the nicest down to earth owners you will ever meet. Oh and they will keep your price today locked in for 18 months 5 stars all the way!

Pricy, but kept clean and secure. Again pricy and they keep going up to supposedly CTA.

New place with clean units. Gate access and U-haul rentals. Prices are reasonable and their service was great. Hayley in the office is awesome, and so helpful and is always welcoming. The only storage place I will ever use.
