What an amazing experience it was to buy a vehicle with these guys! Everyone very professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you're in the market for a used car, give these guys a shot! They have just about everything from basic to the most luxurious vehicles out there. Great inventory, great service, honesty, and great prices, that is what makes a great dealership! Coming back to service my vehicles with them, and for my next vehicle for sure!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Northwest Motorworks. They went above and beyond assisting me when my car broke down at a very inconvenient time. They provided very timely service so I had my car back and running again quickly. I Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Range Rover on 1-12-24 and it took my bank several day to get everything completed. Set up an appt on Saturday to see the vehicle. Everyone at the car lot was so understanding and very easy to work with. The lady that handles the Facebook messages was very attentive as well. When I am ready to make another purchase I will definitely be a returning customer. If you are in the market for a nice used vehicle, definitely give these guys a try.

When I say Northwest Motorworks in Winston-Salem is THE place to go for any car services needed, I mean it. This place by far blows any other Car Service establishment out of the water for many reasons. To start, the owner Kevin offers one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced, and his professionalism is something to admire. He takes care of you and your vehicle and makes sure everything is excellent before he hands you back your keys. Not to mention, the store has a subtle and elegant aesthetic. I went to get my windshield replaced and a brand new passenger-side mirror installed, and when he presented me with my fixed car, I was astonished at the quality and perfection of his and his team’s work. great prices and superb customer service. my 2001 Grand Marquis is running like a dream. Kevin the owner, and David a superb employee were a complete pleasure to deal with. David even showed me a vid of how bad my tie rod was. will most definitely be going back. also, they give you a 2 yr warranty on all parts. will be recommending Northwest Motoworks to family, coworkers, and friends.

First of all this review is way past due........I bought my BMW from them over a year ago and even when I bought the vehicle they were very nice and professional. They made sure that anything that needed to be fixed was fixed before purchasing. I went back to them several months later for a new battery and an oil change, they were quick and the price was awesome compared to other shops! So now a year later I went back to them because another shop was telling me things that needed to be fixed. They performed a diagnostic check and nothing was wrong! The check engine light wasn't on and my SUV drove just fine! I received a phone call from them and they checked everything for me and there were no problems. This is a very honest place and doesn't try to get over on people. I love their honesty and how they treat people! I highly recommend this place!!!

It was a lot better than going to the BMW place. I have a BMW X6 and I don't think I would have gotten the service that I received from Northwest Motorworks. Very impressed with this business. I stumbled upon it while looking for a truck. I just happened to go when Kevin was off and he still took his time to help me. He was very helpful and very accommodating despite despite the timing. I bought the Toyota Tundra from him that day and the process was smooth. I could tell from our conversation that he was a very honest businessman and someone that I would absolutely use again to purchase a vehicle (or for auto services if I lived in the area). An issue came up with the truck after taking it home am he still had the integrity to help me out even when didn’t have to. Much recommended for anyone else in that area.

I had been looking for a very specific BMW for over a year and had no idea what this shop was about before finding them on cargurus.
So far beyond my expectations in a good way I had to take a minute and write them a review.

It is difficult if not impossible to find the kind of down-to-earth, honest family folks that own and run Northwest Motorworks. You can tell from speaking to the owner that vehicles are a family passion and, like any passion, he takes great pride in his work. From the luxury vehicles for sale to the garage where they service any and everything. No hassle, no rush, no pressure, I genuinely appreciated him just being up-front throughout the entire process. This is the place to buy or have your luxury vehicle serviced because the people here know their stuff in and out. No rip-offs, scams, none of that. He's earned my business and trust enough that I would recommend Northwest Motors, without any reservation, to any of my close friends or family 100%. Clean CarFax, great communication, just a straight-up Small Business Owner doing all the right things to prove he's ten times better than mega-ton corporations and I'm convinced. In all likelihood I plan to drive from Greensboro to have my new vehicle serviced with Northwest Motors because it's very obvious that they care very much about quality and a pleasant experience. If you need any work done on your car this is the place. I took my car to get some brake work done and they took care of it in a timely manner. The manager Kevin explained everything he was going to do and did a great job, most importantly he kept me updated and is transparent with their work. The shop is very professional, clean, and organized. I recommend this shop to friends and family because they do excellent work. I am glad I found a good and HONEST shop, because there are not much of those lately. These guys are truly there to help you.

Got my brakes done here for a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
