Lotus Salon and Spa

I have been coming here since last 6-7 months and all time my experience was good for waxing and threading. Yesterday I went for a hair wash and cut and I'm very happy with that! I was not sure which kind of cut I should go for,but they stated the facts and so I went with what they suggested, which turned out pretty well!

Ana does amazing facials. She is very thorough, gentle, and makes you feel relaxed. She even recommended some products for daily use. Thank you so much I will be back again!

The ladies at Lotus are so incredibly kind. They took time and worked together to make sure my hair and makeup were done in time for my wedding. They took time to explain everything to me and make me feel so welcomed. I am so grateful that I found such a wonderful salon!

I always enjoy going to the Lotus Salon and Spa. It is nice taking a break from my crazy mom world and having some ME time! I have had waxing, facials, mani-pedis, color, highlights, styling, and blow outs. This is the only place I trust to do my eyebrows and cut my hair. I was loosing hair from a disorder I suffer from and Lotus Salon helped me find the right product to safely and effectively strengthen my scalp and my hair grew BACK! I now have a full head of hair and I love going out and showing off Lotus Salon's work. If you are new to the area or wanting to find a great salon I highly recommend Lotus salon for the experience, professionalism of staff, environment, & high quality of work.

I have been a customer from Chapel Hill for 2 years and I come here every 2 weeks for eyebrows. This place is great for their prices. I have very thick eyebrows so they are harder to do. Anita is great, I prefer her to do my eyebrows because she never messes up and she gives an amazing massage at the end. The wait time can be long, especially on the weekends when its busy. It was be anywhere from 20-30 minutes if you are a walk-in. During the week, especially in the morning is the best time to go if you want to avoid all the rush. Great place!

Tripti did my baby shower makeup. She was amazing!!! Her makeup skills was so good, I was blown away by how good I looked. Makeup blend so well on my skin and everything looked perfect. She is very attentive and listens to what you like. She also has great personality and sense of humor and I was so happy during whole makeup session. After her makeup, I felt prettiest I ever felt in my life.
Also, Prasanna did my hair. Her skills were awesome. She did outstanding job. She curl and designed my hair. I wasn't sure how I wanted my hair and she suggested me a design based on my facial feature, and it was perfect. She is a true professional, very talented, and most of all, kind.
Overall, I had the best experience with my makeup and hair. I could not have asked for a better service. I highly recommend!!

I got the keratin hair treatment here and it saved my dead hair. It made my hair very manageable and healthier. I love doing this treatment and the staff here they are very kind and take care of me. I always come to lotus for getting my hair keratin treated and it lasts a very long time.

I am so happy I found this place.. I went in today for an appointment and hopes of receiving a great facial massage for my troubled skin. The lady who assisted me was extremely nice and friendly she once suffered with sensitive troubled skin so it was nice for her to understand where I was coming from and how sensitive my skin is. I love that she did not use harsh products on my sensitive skin everything was very light and relaxing on my skin . I also got my eyebrows threaded after my facial and she did an awesome job with that as well very very quick she gave me an arch listens to exactly what you want.the atmosphere is very calming relaxing I love the Decor the place was easy to find.. overall very relaxing she knows what she is doing and I am very happy with my results. I will definitely be returning thank you ! I feel so much better about myself my skin feels so fresh and smooth

I got my first facial and threading here and I believe their service really good. I definitely recommend Isha because she tries her best to ensure that the customer is satisfied with her work and she does her work with lots of care anf precision. She was also veryy kind and nice to me and I really appreciate her work.

I get my eyebrows threaded, Brazilian and underarm waxes here. I’m always treated well, they do an amazing job and their prices are unmatched. Highly recommended
