Great customer service. Just about the entire staff is very knowledgeable. I say just about the entire staff because they do train new employees and the new employees may not be aware of everything, but the experienced staff definitely does. Their Sip-N-Save deal is an excellent money saver, especially if you enjoy cold fountain soda or cappuccino/hot cocoa. Staff will help make sure that you have the best possible deals for your items. They even remember they repeat customers and their "usual" orders.

This store is THE BEST! amazing customer service! The employees are so friendly and honored my T-Mobile free coffee! I had a code and the Circle k employees worked around it and made my day! Unlike the circle k down the street 4019 Davis Dr. Which I won’t go to anymore.

Upon arriving at the front counter, I am always very pleasantly greeted by some or all of your team members. Pauline (Nini), Jeremy, Rebecca, Michelle and Thomas when out front are always smiling.

It is a fun experience to see each person’s methods in filling my lottery tickets requests. They are each friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Everyone knows and reminds me, upon my request, that there are no refunds or exchanges on the tickets that are not winners.

The only improvement that I would suggest is to have the correct numbers for the upcoming Mega Plier and Powerplays printed on the tickets that I receive and that the scratch offs purchased are always winners for the maximum award.

Please recognize and reward Pauline, Jeremy, Rebecca, Michelle, and Thomas for making my visits fun and for providing outstanding customer service.

So when I am wrong I admit it. I spoke to the kind gentle guy later, and wish to thank him for me being a grumpy old man. Please enjoy your visit here. The car wash is the best in Cary, but I don't go here for that. I come for the nice man from India who accepted my apologies.

Best place to get a car wash! Safe touch or Touch Free options. High pressure wash and dry. Good selection of wash packages. Better than most other car washes in the area.

The young man working this evening made it a point to help me find what I was looking for quickly and easily while being friendly and professional.
I will likely return here based on this level of customer service. He knew what products were stocked and where.
