Danielle Carter-Adkins has cared for me for many years, even before she was at this location. She is very professional and I never feel rushed and so can discuss whatever concerns me on each visit. I feel that she's interested and does all she can to help.

I have received the best care for over 20 years from this provider, Dr. Helman and his associates. Whether being seen for a physical or any particular problem, every effort has been made to keep me well through a number of medical problems. I took my husband to Dr Helman after he started having serious vertigo symptoms. Dr. Helman took quick action to get him in therapy. We are grateful for him taking my husband's health seriously.

Dr. Helman is hands down the BEST doctor I've ever seen. He actually reviews your chart in depth BEFORE you see him. He truly listens to you speak and NEVER makes you feel rushed. You are an actual patient that he truly cares about and not just another number on the docket for the day. He is aware of your health history and makes knowledgeable decisions based on his expertise and your medical history. He's a true doctor. Meaning he got into this to care for and treat patients. He is of a dying breed unfortunately and I am SO great to be under his care! Thank you Dr. Helman and team!!!

Dr Helman has been my primary physician since I moved to NC in 2005. I would not trust my health care to anyone else. He has referred me to many specialists and everyone has been very caring and capable of providing excellent care. Dr Helman is always happy to see me and the staff is available to answer my questions and renew my scripts promptly. Danielle M Carter-Adkins is the best, I moved from Illonis about a year ago and I have continued to travel to Illonis to see my Dr. while I will continue to go to Illonis to see my Dr of 7 years, I can confidently say that I have found a wonderful Dr in the Winston area, if you are booking an apt Danielle is the one to book it with !
