Juliana is the BEST waxer in Winston. She takes her time and gets every in grown hair and makes the experience as painless as possible. She’s very personable and makes you feel super comfortable throughout the entire experience. The spa is also so cute and clean. Juliana is an absolute doll! I get a brazilian wax by her every 5 weeks and when i tell you she’s the best, she is THE best. I’ve had previous wax experiences you’d call a nightmare. Juliana is so good! She is also super awesome at recommending other services you may need based off of what she sees, but is not pushy or trying to sell you something you don’t need, she just actually cares and is amazing as what she does! If i could give more than 5 stars, i would!

I see Julianna regularly for a facial and am always pleased with how amazing my skin looks/feels after. Also, she is always trying out the latest and greatest products to keep my skin hydrated, protected from the sun, and glowing! I recently had my first appointment at JCA Spa. I was very pleased with everything! When I arrived I was treated with a very nice and professional manner. Adrianna was the staff member that greated and attended me. Personally, I'm not always fond of going to spas due to my past experiences, but I went in for a wax(TMI, I know, sorry) and I was surprisingly pleased at how everything went. Adrianna made sure I was comfortable with everything she did, although I have gotten wax's before ( at other places) I had never been as comfortable as I was then. She, of course, asked if I had previous experience, but she still took the time to explain the process of everything she did, which is something I greatly appreciate. If I had any questions she never hesitated to answer them and further explain. She was very detailed in her work and she made sure I knew what all she was doing. We had a great conversation as well and as a customer I greatly appreciate that, it shows interest and it makes everything more comfortable. Over all, I also think they have a great price for the services offered! I am definitely going back, and I highly recommend Adrianna!

The absolute best experience. Sam was kind, welcoming, gentle, informative and all around an amazing experience. By far the best dermaplane and facial I have ever had. I have received so many compliments on how well my skin looks after her services. I will definitely be back!!

I just had another visit with Juliana at JCA Day Spa and I am hooked. My skin looks beautiful and my eyelashes are amazing after my lift and tint! Juliana makes you feel like she’s known you for years. She takes her time with you and listens to and addresses all your concerns. I have many places I could go closer to my house but she is now my go to girl!
