Cicis Pizza

I want to clear the record. My family and I had visited CiCi’s a few weeks ago and the visit was not really a good one. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager in great detail and at the end of the conversation, he asked me if we would be willing to give them a SECOND CHANCE, saying that He knew his team was capable of doing much better than I described.

I believe in second chances and we love pizza, so tonight, we gave them a second chance and boy was he right! His team is very capable of doing better than our previous visit. As it so happens, they did 100% better and really impressed us.

I’m going to chalk the previous visit up to they had a really off night and were short staffed (can happen to any business on any given day). But tonight, they impressed me and my family. Everything about this visit tonight was great! The pizza was tasty and fresh. The selection was great. The drink area was dry and clean. The salad bar was phenomenal, and the manager personally brought out our personal favorites.
One could tell that they strive to make their customers happy, and we left happy this evening. We want to say how much we appreciated their efforts. They did not go un-noticed.

We’re new to Winston Salem and CiCi’s is the only restaurant we have visited so far as a family, as I am a pretty picky eater and can be really hard to please. I can and do recommend this establishment and believe in paying compliments when they are deserved. Thank you guys and gals for a great meal and a great environment.

The establishment was clean and up to date. Girl at the register seemed a bit annoyed we came in 30 minutes before closing but one of the gentleman working made it up 100x he was super enthusiastic with everyone he had an interaction with from the customers to the staff and he even offered to make a custom pizza I wanted. I was having a rough day but his good spirit really made me feel better. Food was fantastic and a great end to my visit to Winston Salem.

This Cici's is great! Definitely a good 'bang for your buck' enjoyable meal every time. They keep the crowd flowing and happy, always plenty of new pizzas being put out. They clean a table immediately as soon as the group leaves so the table can be ready for a new group. They keep the plate clean up area looking nice and they even will take your plates for you. The host and pizza makers are always friendly and inviting. Seriously, whatever these people are getting paid, they deserve more.

Been here plenty of times with family. Recently got the 28” piezilla with some of my friends. Always a good experience, food and customer service is good like always.

It's a great place to bring kids and go to for family time, it's an old building but they've kept it up since I was little, you can also request for a pizza to be made and they'll make it if they don't have it out already, great place!
Only compliant Is they don't have a changing table in the restroom which sucks.

Inexpensive pizza, dessert and salad buffet. This location seems busy, but that means a good turnover of fresh food.

The family went to Cici's pizza after leaving the fall concert at Reynolds Autitorium. They have every kind of pizza, and if you don't see the kind you want, just tell them, and they will make it for you. Cici's also has hot wings and deserts, the chocolate brownies are very good, and a delicious soup, in which i bought 3 bowls to take home. The price of the all you can buffet is very reasonable. 2 adults and two children's prices were less than $40. The staff is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This is a wonderful place to take kids who like different types of pizzas.

It's getting better. I went a few months ago and it wasn't so good. The pizza wasn't cold this time and had a lot more taste. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly, clean, lovely place. Fresh, hot food. My only complaint, one of the machines ate my quarter.

Food was great. Had a man ask me what I was looking for at the buffet he made it on the spot and made sure to tell me when it was up. There was an amazing lady berry pretty with braids in a bun. My son is autistic and in the mist of her asking him questions he growled at her. Without skipping a beat or making a werid face she simply growled back. They began laughing and exchanging growls. That moment alone was worth the trip she made not only my day but also my sons

Good family outing. Mask of course till we sat at our table. We ate all different types of pizza from jalapeno pepperoni pizza to macaroni and cheese pizza. It was fun!

The manager helped me out cause Im from out of town and had a memory of something I had when I was a child. He was more than happy to recreate my little childish cherishes ;)

Me and my grandsons love Cicis pizza.. The pizza is always hot and the salad bar is always fresh and deserts are so good. Customer Service is great. Let's not forget the game room my grandson loves that room.

This CiCi's is great. Things are certainly different than they used to be at CiCi's. They have soup, salad, pizza AND dessert. The pizza is good and if younwant something that isnt on the buffet, just ask and they will make it and put it out! And it is definitely the most affordable option for a family meal. Highly recommend. Oh, but they have an arcade in the back so be prepared for that if you take kids!

Went to do the buffet with my boyfriend. We got there around 8:45pm ish and Daniel (I believe is the owner) was SPECTACULAR!!! After some confusion with a coupon for the buffet for $4.99 Daniel told us not to worry about it and that dinner was on them. He then went above and beyond and asked what our favorite type of pizza was and he brought out a fresh large pizza in a Togo box for us! THEN, he came by with coupons for 2 free buffets or large pizza. Our night was made by the great service and kindness of Daniel and all the workers there!! Even before all the kind gestures, this cici’s has been great to dine at in the past. 10/10 recommend this place!

Cooks and staff were really awesome.. cashier is from the area I grew up in Ohio

I haven't been here in so long when I came it was still the same. Everything tasted so good. A bit more greasy but I still enjoyed it. Missed it here and it still tastes the same will come again for my favorite pizza!

Pizza very good and kept fresh, even at 830 pm. Friendly staff and manager, who solved the problem with the credit card thing that manages the arcade machines.
This is a modern one where the adult buffet is $7. And the kids buffet no longer includes the drink. But still pretty much the best deal in town as far as Pizza goes.
Definitely won't hesitate to come by here again when we're in the area.

Good food and fresh buffet selection. Also ordered wings which were hot and fresh. Enjoyed the arcades also while there.
