Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Cleaning was quick enough, great communication. And they gave me a cookie at the end.

I had an overall great experience with Twin City Dentistry. First off, the receptionists were very welcoming. Then Angel, my dental hygienist, did a great job with cleaning my teeth. She also gave me helpful advice and provided rationale for brushing my teeth in a particular way. Finally, Dr. Holland had great bedside manner and calmed me of any fears I had about my teeth. He literally showed me each tooth on my x-ray and explained the findings to me. You can also tell that Dr. Holland is up to date on his practices, and he seems to be very evidence-based. After the visit, the receptionists provided me with a warm cookie and bottled water. Highly recommend!

Been going here since I was a kid! Always a great experience. I tried a new dentist when I moved away and was told I had a cavity (would be my first ever) came back to Twin city for a second opinion and was told it is just a weak spot that prescription toothpaste can help with. Now I drive 2 hours every 6 months for top notch cleaning and exams. LeeAnn and Broke have been my hygienists and love the entire experience.

I can't recommend this office highly enough! I transferred here from another dentist, and as a new patient, I couldn't be happier. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home - especially Adrienne and Leah. Dr. Holland was personable and informative, and very thorough in explaining all my options. They offer online appointment booking, and the insurance process was quick and easy. A great experience all around!

I visited Twin City at Lockland Ave for Wisdom teeth removal. The Clinic did a very quick analysis and referred me to an excellent surgeon. Everything was pretty fast and the procedure was done in a week. Dr. Holland and all the staff there are very nice and caring.
I would recommend this place for others.

I had a cleaning and exam there recently. The office was very careful in following all current CDC guidelines against covid. The front desk explained all the details with insurance clearly and my hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. The dentist also did a great exam and made sure to address all my concerns and questions. I had a great experience.

Dr.Holland is such a nice man.
I have a tremendous fear of dentistry and he makes the experience less fearful.
He is also a very good dentist.
I highly recommend his office.

I had not been to the dentist in a decade and was pretty anxious about the state of my teeth after so long. These women were friendly and warm on the phone when I made the appointment and equally wonderful when I came in. Adrienne was my DH and she made me feel so much better about my lengthy absence from the dentist. I didn't get any lectures about flossing and everyone working here just gives you the impression they love coming into work every day. I had some pretty severe build up and staining on the back of my incisors that even 10 years ago at my last cleaning had not been "removable" but Adrienne got everything off and my teeth have never looked so good. She was thorough and it was completely painless. I had a really great experience and to top it all off they bake cookies right there in the office to hand out to patients as they leave. I will recommend Twin City Dentistry to everyone I know.

Friendly and pleasant staff! I was taken back for my appointment on time. The hygienist, Angel, was efficient and thorough. Doctor Holland has great bed side manner and explained everything. Will definitely return!
