I stayed here back around Halloween with my family. We were visiting from out of town and taking our kids trick or treating with their cousins that live in the area. After we arrived, we went to eat and came back to our key card not working. It was getting late and I was worried that no one was going to be there to help us out. The very sweet tall dark headed man popped up just when we needed someone the most. My daughter was about to pee in her pants and the gentleman who worked there ran to get another key card made. He came back in lightning speed time. We received our working key card along with precise customer service and I felt very accommodated. Every time we crossed paths his southern hospitality was gleaming. I would love to experience the customer service that this hotel brought to us in every public establishment I encounter. This is what the world needs more of instead of all the technology that's taking over the human body! A nice smile and hello can go a long way in someone's day. I felt the warmth in every way shape or form when we stayed here. I will be returning and renting a room the next time we are in Winston Salem. I am quick to refer this hotel and the services to anyone right off the bat. Y'all will be on the top of my list!! Thank you for everything and keep up the good work!! Such good employees you have... They're great...they always look out and it's quiet, convenient. I can park the car and walk to get pizza and wings or hit Baskin Robbins, shopping Center across the road and Staff is always Great.

This place is AMAZING. Not only affordable but the rooms were clean and fully equipped with all needed linen and FULL kitchen. Front desk is very helpful and attentive to what we did happen to need that we forgot as well as housekeeping was on point with fresh towels and bedding. The maintenance and housekeepers are also in the parking lot continuously making sure there was no riff raff hanging around and the parking lot and breeze ways were tended to. Was definitely a nice stay!!

Been here a few weeks and never had a problem with room or management. Good to go in my book. Always nice and responsive...

As I pulled up the grounds were neat n clean very spacious parking lot was clean no random parked cars every where, no people hanging around outside, the lobby was nice n clean an smelt wonderful, the front desk clerk was very polite, helpful and very much involved with my concerns and she answered all of my questions(which were a lot) I also got to speak to the GM n also she was very helpful I’m an old lady so she n the maintained man help me get my things inside my room, when I went into the rooms it was nice and clean the towels where set up so neatly I really enjoyed my stay an I’ll highly recommend……

Possible drug deals and lots of people in parking lot and office making threats calling people snitches and saying they would get them.
I did not feel safe and complained and left. I did not stay the night because i did not feel safe. Made report with customer relations but the manager said no refunds and he could not do anything about what goes on there. I beg to differ... I know they were taking cash for rooms without credit card information. This would help and getting the police to come by would also help. Poor business practices and I will call Better Business also to make a complaint.

Price and accessibility for wheelchair with no frills or luxury style when you just need a room for resting, Best you can get! (under fifty a night) 3stars for the bed being much higher than my wheelchair making it hassle/dangerous transferring to the bed. Clean and working appliances but the internet/wifi wasn't working ☹

Everything worked well. The room was clean and smelled good when I got into it. The bathroom was clean. It's smaller for a hotel room except is still nice for the price.

Was in town on business and had a delay so I needed a room. I called to get a price and Chris was the gentleman that answered. He was very helpful and courteous. Another staff member seen I had trouble getting in my room and he kindly helped. Thanks guys!

This motel is just right for me because it's near the stores I frequent on a daily basis
