My first time in the door I was on crutches and barely walking. The knee pain in both knees was terrible. At the end of my first visit, I was able to walk out without using the crutches. I have been getting therapy for several months now. Rhonda, Tamara, and Stephanie are amazing therapists. They have each taught me a lot about my own body and enabled me to do better self care at home. The various techniques they have used with me have often resulted in immediate improvement as well as long term healing. Some day I may need knee replacement, but these amazing therapists have enabled me to function without it for now. In addition to everything else, they (and the rest of their staff) are all wonderful human beings. They deserve my highest recommendation and I want to encourage anyone who is in need of PT to give this place serious consideration. I am very grateful for them.

Best physical therapists ever!! Rhonda, Tamara and Steph treat you better than family and the results are phenomenal! The difference was obvious after struggling through years of frustration with other "physical therapists" who lacked the skills and compassion to truly help me. I won't go anywhere else, now. Thank God for the team at OK Hand and Physical Therapy. If you want results, you can't do better. You will feel welcomed from the moment you step through the door.

After having hand surgery I started going to Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy. Rhonda, Tamara and Stephanie are the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring people you could ever ask for. They were very gentle and moved me along the path to recovery at a pace I was comfortable with. I actually looked forward to my therapy sessions because everyone was so nice AND FUN! Maggie and Lisa at the front desk were always pleasant and very helpful. I may go back just to see everyone again. I will miss them!

I have upper and lower back issues for decades and it got worse this year after an injury. After some doctors visits, I would like to give PT a try. Rhonda, Tamara and Steph are very great therapists. Special thanks to Tamara - she helped me with the pain relief magically every time; she helped me develop a routine to maintain the status; she also taught me the knowledge behind the methods so I can adjust my routine accordingly. I have never been treated by PT before, but I can’t believe I could get any better treatment anywhere else. If I need help in future, I would come back without hesitation. No brainer.

Agree 100% with other reviewers that the therapists here are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and fun! They helped me recover from surgery for a broken wrist, and I was very pleased with the care I received. I highly recommend Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy, and will be back should I need therapy in the future. (As everyone there knows, this is highly possible given my recent track record. Lol!)

I have completed my therapy for knee replacement rehab and rehab for a lower back issue. To say that I am completely satisfied with the therapy I received is an understatement. Rhonda and Tamara are very gifted therapists and very knowledgeable of their skills. They have a way of making you feel that you are their only patient and have over the top listening skills too.

The office management skills of Maggie and Lisa keep Oklahoma Hand/PT running like a well oiled machine.

Please come see for yourself.

I've never had physical therapy before and was skeptical when my orthopedic surgeon referred me for therapy at Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy. I had an MRI and it was determined I had an intensely and severely inflamed bicep. The surgery would have been too detach and reattach the tendons in the bicep. I was told it was very painful and a minimum of six months recovery. I opted for physical therapy. Rhonda, the owner and Tamara, her associate are miracle workers. Before I started physical therapy, my arm (specifically the bicep area) hurt every waking minute. Now seven weeks later (therapy twice a week), I am 90% recovered. Before I went to Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy, I couldn't even back out of my garage without my bicep being in excruciating pain. I am so thankful that the orthopedic surgeon recommended Rhonda's physical therapy clinic. The office staff, Maggie & Lisa are awesome too! The establishment is always clean and everything is disinfected after it's used. Rhonda, Tamara, Maggie & Lisa are genuinely concerned about their patient's health. They not only treat your pain but they explain things like what you can do to avoid a reoccurring problem. I highly recommend Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy, you will not be disappointed!!!

Impressed with this business and their highly effective therapists. I had hand surgery following an injury, and appreciate their educational information as well as their knowledge and use of the most current therapeutic strategies. After just two weeks of therapy I am already gaining more mobility. Highly recommend!

This place and especially the physical therapist is AMAZING! I’ve been going to Rhonda for several years now and after 5 neck surgeries, hand and elbow surgery, a hip injury and complications from bone grafting from the pelvic. So Rhonda and this place is far from just hand physical therapy as some may think because of the name. Rhonda helped me a great deal to better understand how and where the different muscles and nerves worked which was very important to my recovery. Her hands are MAGICAL! Her knowledge and treatment is IMPECCABLE! She cares about and for her patients Words can not come close to explaining or expressing how grateful I am for her being my physical therapist. Rhonda is the BEST by far and HIGHLY recommend her to any and everyone needing a physical therapist who cares, knows her stuff and has the most serene, clean and scenic facility. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been here for two different occurrences because you know life. The first time was for my wrist and the second for my shoulder both occasions very welcoming with great people helping me get back to my better self. It’s not your typical therapy place where the therapist just leaves you to do your own and walks away. Would definitely recommend and if needed to would go back.

You will not find another PT more compassionate or knowledgeable! After hand surgery I was quite discouraged at the amount of pain I had, and I am so glad I was referred here! Rhonda is very skilled and draws from her expertise to find exactly what will help each individual. She has a hands-on approach with her patients, and you can tell she really cares. She and Maggie are welcoming, accommodating, and just a delight to be around in general. Thank you, Rhonda!

Rhonda and her team are absolutely amazing. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I sometimes have to make up injuries just to go see them. Kidding, but they are that wonderful! :)

If you need physical therapy of any kind do not hesitate to contact Rhonda at Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy. When I broke my wrist, with Rhonda’s help I was soon back to my normal activities. She’s very personable and really knows her stuff! The staff is helpful and courteous! They are very easy to work with and will make your journey as productive and painless as possible. If I ever need ANYTHING as far as PT goes I will be back to see Rhonda Millet!

Had one of my knuckle replace in my hand, Surgeon who practices in OKC wanted me to go to Rhonda Millet in Tulsa, for my therapy. My last session was today! Now that's great, right? I'm doing so well with the help of Rhonda and Tamara and I've been given so many tools and education to continue to heal. Why do I feel so ....well ...yuck. They don't tell you that you are going to get attached to every single soul that works there. I have two choices: 1) Go into a different kind of therapy for separation anxiety or 2) Go back and see my new found friends often! Seriously, this is the place to go for physical therapy; they work wonders.

So thankful for my doctor’s referral to Oklahoma Hand and Physical Therapy. Rhonda takes the utmost care of all her patients with physical therapy, cleanliness protocols during the pandemic and kindness. She has helped me work towards reclaimIng the use of my hand, arm and shoulder after I sustained a fracture in January. I plan to refer all my family and friends. Plus her office is easy to access.
