Target

We love and use the Target drive up order pickup services. Hard to believe they didn’t have this service prior to the pandemic, and it took the pandemic to come up with such a beneficial service. I’ve seen people drive up pick up a bottle of wine, to 3-4 full carts of groceries and merchandise. Other than an occasional wait due to number of customers, or size of their orders we experienced little wait times, try it next time you go to Target and don’t forget to use their App or Circle savings. We might see you there waiting for pickup some day.

1st time using the "Drive-Up" service for items. Will definitely use this more often, I actually plan to get grass fed beef and eggs next time to detect the quality of perishables. The service is extremely helpful and so easy to use. The order to pick up time was less than stated and I'm in!! We'll use Target Drive Up service again and again, it was Too Easy.

I bought an item from Target and it was defective . I had to return it and the buying on line and the picking up and the return were very easy. My only regret is not checking the item when I picked it up because I had to return to the store to return it.
The good news is that I returned to the same store for the third time that same day to buy a few food items. I normally do not shop there but i found the store very pleasant and clean and bright and the staff was great. Thanks.

Carlos, who was stocking shelves on Sunday 11/19/23, is an amazing employee!

He deserves a raise and also deserves a promotion.

He went above and beyond to help me.

He was the most polite and kind worker I have ever encountered at Target.

Make sure to take care of Carlos or someone is going to snatch him up to work at their business!

It was probably a minor interaction for Carlos as I just needed directions, and yet he went out of his way to treat me with more courtesy and politeness then you would ever expect.

It goes without saying Target is a far better shopping experience than competitors (e.g., Walmart). Staff is friendlier (such as Becky), store is cleaner, has most everything we need. One complaint is that often the only option is to do self checkout. Self checkout is fine if I’m just grabbing a few things, but if we’re trying to stock up for the week and have a whole basket of groceries, it’d be nice to be able to go through an actual cashier line.

Had a return tonight, it was super fast, but I still wanted to leave a review to shout out the sweet guy that was helping me! I think his name was Cameron. He had the best energy and was so polite, super efficient service.

I went to the store tonight and had the best experience!! I needed guest services but they were about to close & so the manager himself came to help me even tho he was super busy. It was so sweet & meant so much🤍

Five stars to Sherry. After being misguided by another employee when I was looking for an item, I noticed Sherry. Her attitude and pace gave me this feeling like she could help me find what I was looking for. She could, and she did. Everyone else was either incorrect, unhelpful, or plain out rude.

The Target at Memorial and 101st is great. It is well stocked and I always find what I'm looking for. Employees are really nice here too.

Stopped for coffee because they had a Starbucks inside. The store was clean, the bathrooms were clean, as was the Starbucks. The customer service agent at Starbucks was very friendly and helpful.

It's got everything I need and the staff is friendly the parking lot albeit not spotless was fairly lean and the store smelled as if it had been cleaned recently which I like never had a problem here.

Keshon provided excellent customer service and fixed a problem I have been working on 5 days between 2 store! A very pleasant, professional young man. I was put out till he took over :D. Corporate talent right there!

The staff is always super helpful and the items are usually of high quality. I greatly enjoy the sales and Target circle discounts, as well as the Red Card discount, which help further the savings and help to match the prices of historically "cheaper" stores, such as Walmart. On this visit, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Specifically Lynda was AMAZING and super helpful. Michael in customer service was also very helpful and great to work with.

I know for a fact these workers don’t get paid enough. I came in for a return, but they accidentally refunded the wrong item. They were super polite and corrected that mistake. Then when I was checking out, I had to get a security tag removed, but it did take them a while to help me. They were very kind about it though, honestly the best experience I’ve had with customer service at any establishment. These super kind employees definitely deserve a raise.

Thank you for having shopping carts that actually work! It seems like every time I go into Walmart their carts have a wheel that is all jacked up and I have to go get another one. I’ve never had to do that at Target.
And since they are plastic they are warmer to the touch, more comfortable and quieter to push around.

Using self checkout but not familiar with the
system. Very nice store rep helped me scan items and checkout, trying tap to pay feature which I had never used before. He did it with a smile. 😊 Had been a rough week with the death of my father and my brain was foggy. So appreciated the help.

Had a great experience here at Target. Seamless returns from our baby registry and great customer service provided by Stephen at the front of the store. During our visit the bathrooms were clean. I also enjoyed talking tech for a few minutes with the fella in electronics. A+effort guys, Walmart needs to take note and a shower
