I stopped in about a week ago to shop with my 2 back to schoolers, I have no words to express how awesome Katelyn was to me! (hope the name is right) She walked around picking out shirts with my 9 year old why my pre teen struggled in the fitting room. Helped mix and match items, dug in the back...she is exceptional, and rue is now my boys favorite place to shop, because of the "cool anime shirts" Thank you guys!

Young trendy clothes, but found a few things I would wear, also they have some great smelling perfumes, at reasonable prices...highly recommend the scent "Spoiled"($12.99)💕

I was at the Statesville Rue21 and the ladies there were PHENOMENAL. They were so so helpful, and my son and I walked around and unfortunately didn't buy anything, but the ladies were still super kind. It was certainly refreshing after having such a horrible experience with the ladies at Catos.

The store was nice and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I found my perfect dress in no time and I saved almost $20.00. I love the good deals and savings at Rue 21.

Honestly it’s surprising how many people would rather PEE on themselves than to stop shopping and go and find a restroom. To the girl who openly admitted to peeing herself because she was to lazy to go before starting to shop... that’s disgusting and you can actually be arrested for it. And more than likely I’m sure this girl had someone else clean up her piss.

Clean and welcoming environment! The girls were so nice and friendly and let us know about the GOOD deals ! Will deff come back so much more often.

If you like the newer style in clothes this is the store for you something for everyone in the right age range this store will definitely keep you truthfully love it

Statesville location so much better than mooresville.mooresville is so small and stuffy and staff arent helpful. The statesville one all the staff are very nice and helpful
