Wake Funeral and Cremation were very professional when my Mom died in September. Tiffany treated my Mom with respect and was accommodating in our requests to Pray over my Mom with our Priest. She kept us informed on every part of the process along the way.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone. My Mom had prearranged her cremation many years in advanced and all went smooth at the time of her death.

Our experience was wonderful! The staff were caring and professional in providing services we requested. They answered all our questions; procured the Death Certificates we ordered and stood by us every step of the way. The staff waited patiently after hours for us to bring the clothes. The obituary notice was put up on their site as soon as we got it to them. The staff added pictures as we sent them. After I picked up the urn from my church, the staff placed the remains in the urn. Planning a funeral or other service for a dearly departed one is not something anyone looks forward to. Wake Funeral and Cremation Services guided us through the process and we felt that we had done something special for our loved one. I highly recommend Wake Funeral and Cremation Services.

This was a very difficult time for my family with the loss of our father but Brad, Caitlyn and the entire Team were accommodating and supportive through the entire process. The gentleman that arrived at our home to transport my father were prompt and professional. The communication was exceptional and Caitlyn accommodated our requests to divide my father’s ashes for his children and grandchildren. We did the memorial service at their beautiful mausoleum which was organized and managed perfectly by Brad. My mother was close to dying so we consulted Wake Funeral and Cremation Services ahead of time. Tiffany explained everything carefully and in detail. The price was very reasonable and fair. Then when my mother died, they literally took care of everything exactly as promised. Highly recommended.

Our family was so lucky to work with Sarah Bammel as our funeral director. She's everything you'd want in one. She was professional, caring, and knowledgeable at a very sensitive time. She also went the extra mile, giving me updates after business hours and on the weekends on the progress of our arrangements. She worked tirelessly in the background to make sure everything was lovely for my sister's Celebration of Life. You'll feel taken care of, too. A shout out also to Caitlin, who was also professional and delivered on our requests. Finally, the services we used were reasonably priced. A big thank you!

My mom passed away recently. It was a very difficult time. The people at Wake Funeral and Cremation Services treated all of us like family. Everyone was kind, considerate, warm and caring. Phone calls and text messages were returned quickly, and we had a lot of them. They paid close attention to detail even when we couldn't. They helped us plan a wonder service for my mom and made recommendations that allowed us to have a beautiful service while staying within our budget. The cemetery was also very pretty and in a beautiful location. I honestly can't thank them enough.

After an unexpected death of a family member, I wasn’t sure what to do or what the next steps were.. I contacted Wake Funeral Services where Brad was able to walk me through each step while patiently addressing each of my questions. There are no words to describe the compassion and patience they showed to our family during a time when each of us felt a little lost. Wake Funeral did an amazing job for my father that passed away. They were so pleasant to work with, always responded and they are truly great people. We had an offsite service with a viewing for my Dad and than they transported him to be cremated. They made it so easy for such a stressful time! I highly recommend them!

I would give this place 10stars if it was available. From the time my family and I walked into this establishment we were treated wonderfully. I could not have asked for a better experience at a time of so much grieve of losing my husband. I have never planned a funeral but Britt and Brad was so patient and awesome. The compassion, care and guidance in making all the arrangements was exceptional. On behalf of my son's family I would really like to thank the staff, especially Britt and Katlyn for accommodating our needs and schedule.

I had a project for a supply chain management class at my university to study and map the entire process of a loved one passing away. I called and explained the situation to one of the managers and he was nice enough to schedule a phone interview with me the very next day. Brad spoke with me for over an hour and 15 minutes explaining and answering all of my questions regarding the entire process of death and cremation in north carolina and gave me 4 full double spaced pages of notes to work with for completing my project.

From everything he told me this company seems extremely genuine and honest while having some of the best prices in the area due to the various ways they have been able to cut out overhead that the other guys haven't achieved. He asked for nothing in return and except that I get back with him about the grade I receive for my project. Highly recommend Wake Funeral and Cremation Services!!!
