I have nothing to add to the improvement. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered assistance. When I requested a Passport photo she quickly got me to the shooting area and the photo was taken. I was in and out without an issue. I can't praise enough about Ariel with her professionalism and curtsy.

Had a great experience at CVS yesterday. Bought the PEZ hello kitty Valentine’s Day gift. They were short on stock. Logan and the other person at front desk were kind enough to price match other PEZ product to this one.

I was greeted by friendly people who seemed genuinely interested in helping me. CVS is an upscale version of the old-style corner drug store in my old hometown, only with more services and better merchandise at reasonable prices.

I went last night on December 30 to pick-up pictures I had printed on the Minute Photo app. There was one employee at the front who was handling all customers as well as calls and I assume much more (when customers aren't in). His name I believe was Leonard and he was so attentive and kind, I loved the customer service I experienced with him. He was incredibly polite with the lady before me and when he had to take a call, he let me know and finished in a timely manner, getting back to me as soon as possible. My pictures had just come out of the printer and he quickly got them out for me. I was in there a maximum 5 minutes but it was just a simple thing of having an employee that seemed to actually care about his customers (even at a late hour and having a heavy work-load where there wasn't really anyone else to see his attitude) that was incredibly refreshing and it definitely made my night better. Also the pictures came out beautifully and super high-quality for such a good price (39 cents a piece)! I'd recommend using CVS to print especially if you want to make a cute/thoughtful gift for a friend.

I was needing help getting a last minute gift for my daughter’s 5th birthday on Thanksgiving night. William went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for when so many other stores were closed! Thank you for your stellar customer service! We will be back to this CVS for sure. There are still good people in this world.

Santiago was super helpful with our passport photos after the Walgreens across the street acted too busy. Great experience

We got covid tested in the drive thru, and it was a very good, straightforward experience. The pharmacist/NP took pictures of our IDs/insurance cards through the window and talked us through the whole process. Quick, painless, easy. Would definitely recommend!

The best store ever! The manager Cameron is one of the finest workers I have ever come across. What a helpful and proactive guy. He helped me carry all my stuff to my car one day when he saw my hands were full and I couldn't be more thankful. Get this man a promotion!

Got my covid booster today. pick a time at cvs.com, pharmacist was pinch hitting and gave me my shot herself. Super friendly and in/out in 15mins. Thanks CVS for keeping us all safe!

New to this area. My first visit to this CVS. I was greeted when I entered. I was offered help by anyone who passed me. I was told goodbye when I exited. The cashier was very nice. I would recommend this CVS to anyone.

In Salvation Army emergency homeless shelter for last 4 days. I have been trying hard to get any accommodation here to get the shelter but none of them have openings. I think I have to get out of this state as soon as possible. For that I need your help. If you help me as myself then please help me out. If for any reason you can not then I will not force you. I need to come out of this situation as i have given enough time to reach me. I think it is more important to be on my foot than dieing. So please think over. Things have changed in these two years and other things do not exist any more. Keeping all that in mind please decide as tonight is the last night i can be here. After tomorrow morning after 9 am i will be homeless again. Without the shelter.

Staff is friendly. We always get what we need. And photo quality is great, much better than Walgreens.
