We had a problem with a gift card and the owner went out of his way to make it right. They have some really nice produce, baked goods and local items. It’s a delightful local option.

Diane has created a market with lots of character and quality. Attention to artisan food, local goods plus great fresh produce, and unique items. You will pay a little more than going into town, but it’s worth supporting her local market.

Love that we can get tin roof pizza here. Great selection of local food and spices. Came for the frozen tin roof pizza, keep coming back for the amazing selection. I could shop for a weeks groceries here, and we would be eating much healthier than if I went to the regular store. Love the wide selection of local foods both fresh and frozen. I only wish that I had found this gem of a store sooner.

Absolutely delightful. I hadn't been in for a couple of years. I noticed wine in part of store. The little cakes were delicious. They have veggies, peach & apple cider. The chocolate was great. I will be going back.

I have enjoyed the fresh locally grown produce at this gem of a market. In summer the tomato and peach selections are at peak perfection. The owners are welcoming and friendly with a great selection of wine as well as plants for the garden.

Nice small market. We stop at the end of the day, so the fruits and vegetables had been picked over. But what was there was fresh. It is open 24 hours. After hours you pick, weigh, and pay in box. It is a nice place to visit in the middle of nowhere. We would stop there again.

Upscale roadside market off the beaten path outside of Brevard on 276 (possibly Cedar Mountain). They have a great wine selection and organic herbs and honey on one side of the market and organic vegetables and groceries for foodies on the other. Nice selection of cheese and crackers, dips and chips, nuts and seeds to make a snack tray to go along with your wine selection. Surprise find.

Quirky market with a really good selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce. We wished we had shopped here while camping instead of at a supermarket earlier! Good beer and wine selection too.

The Whistlestop Market isn't just a convenient place to pick up the items that you forgot to buy in town; it's a very friendly, locally owned small town grocer that carries a great selection of quality items. Do you need butter or real whipping cream? Coffee? Beer? Red onions or scallions? Tomato sauce or red wine vinegar? Are you traveling through the area on Hwy 276 and want to grab a ready-made sandwich, some munchies and a drink to go? Diane has you covered and you'll feel like a local after chatting with her for a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Delightful stop for us after hiking at DuPont State Recreational Forest. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, wine, cheese, baked goods and other gourmet and necessities.

This is the only place we buy our fruits and vegetables. We also love their wine selection and not your typical frozen foods. A must stop, you will be hooked.

This place is lovely! Everyone is so kind (especially during these crazy COVID times) and the team is here is a delight. And to top it off they always have exactly what I need...such a large and delicious selection!

Very cool "backwoods vibe" with quality goods. And some days there is an amazing wood fired pizza truck that will surprise you with how good it is!

Great selection of essentials and specialty, local items. Made the perfect charcuterie board from their cheeses, apples, tomatoes and salami.
