Laurel Mountain Inn

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Laurel Mountain Inn and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The Inn itself is a charming and cozy retreat with beautifully appointed rooms and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The views from the Inn were simply breath-taking, offering a stunning back drop of the surrounding natural beauty. What truly set the Laurel Mountain Inn apart, however, was the exceptional innkeeper Sherry, their attention to detail, friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests was truly remarkable. It felt like a home away from home and I felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the Inns convenient location close to eating establishments and amenities made it a perfect choice for those looking to explore the area and enjoy local dining options overall. I highly recommend a Laurel Mountain Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with great views and exceptional hospitality. I cannot wait to return for another visit.

Adorably quaint place tucked away in the hills of South Carolina. The room was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. The mini refrigerator kept everything really cold. It included 2 ice trays which made ice really quickly.

We reserved nearly all their rooms for our daughter's wedding -- for parents of the bride and for other family and bridesmaids. The owner and her staff went way beyond normal hospitality to meet our every need -- of which there were several that were unexpected -- the nature of weddings. They created a feeling of home for us during our 48 hour stay. They felt so much like family, I ended up inviting them to the wedding! We will definitely return. As the mother of the bride, I was so thankful to have found this small gem in the mountains.

My girlfriend and I just spent a delightful weekend at Laurel Mountain Inn. The owners are super nice and the rooms are very nice and reasonably priced. Easy access to Table Rock State park and other nearby attractions. You can sit right outside the rooms and see Table Rock. Highly recommend this Motel.

Sherry the owner was very accommodating, very professional. We loved the quaintness, privacy, friendliness and just warm welcome that we received. Amazing just to sit on the front porch with the perfect little ambiance and quietness of the mountains. Amazing place and we cannot wait to visit again. Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was always clean and the property has a wonderful view. I would sit outside and just enjoy the flowers and trees. Sherry was a wonderful host and catered to our every need. We will be going back to stay again in the near future.

Hidden gem. Extremely clean, Sherry the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Spent the night on my anniversary and she made it special. This is a small 4 room Inn, so nice and private and quiet, but the room was spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend.

I had the occasion to stay at Laurel Mountain Inn during a volleyball tournament in Pickens. What a great find! I did not find it easily despite looking for places fo stay in or around Pickens SC but I’m so glad I did. If you’re looking to stay anywhere near Pickens or Table Rock this is the place! Very comfortable, clean and quiet and was stocked with anything you could need! Super friendly owners was a bonus!

Wonderful spot nestled in the mountains. Beautiful view of Table Rock Mountian. The bed was great slept like a rock.Wifi was satisfactory. I cannot wait to go back in the fall. This will be our new "get away" spot. Sherry is a special lady and a great guide for area things to do. You don't want to miss this jewel of a spot.

This is a beautiful mountain hidaway. Nested in the side of a mountain it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful view of Tabel Rock. Sherry made us feel like family. She made our stay extra special right down to chocolates on the pillow. This is a place you need to check out.

Great little spot across from Table Rock State Park. Our room was spotless and the owner, Sherry, was very professional and courteous. Very quaint, family-run business and they deserve your hard-earned dollar.

What a charming place to stay! My husband and I stayed here two nights this week, and we loved it. The owner is very kind and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable without being intrusive. The room was exceptionally clean. I would love to have the person who cleans the inn come and spend a week cleaning my house. We loved that the Inn was secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No, it is not a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn, it is way better. There are plenty of good eating places around the area for us to have breakfast and supper. It is also a good launching spot to visit many of the State Parks, trails, and waterfalls. We drove up to Highlands and spent the day. Thank you, Sherry, for sharing your Inn with us. We hope to return soon.

It is a cute little off the road in the wood motel, quiet, rexamine, and friendly staff.

Lovely inn right across from table rock state park. Owners were very friendly and the inn is very clean and neat. The inn is off the main road so it's super quiet and secluded, very nice. Prices are reasonable.

Great little place - only 5 rooms. Neat, clean, modern, very comfortable. Room has fridge and microwave. Pleasantly nestled back into the woods.

Owner was abke to fit us in at the last moment...right next to table rock sc and aunt sue's...worth it and not a bad view...right off highway 11...convenient...
