Apollo Urgent Care was excellent. The staff and Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati were excellent. I was very happy with my care. I am definitely giving them an excellent review.

I was having chest tightness and left shoulder/arm pain and i couldn't get an appointment with my primary physician so i came here, The nurse didn't even wait for the doctor and did my EKG right away incase i was having a heart attack. Dr Bhavani is such a humble and caring doctor. She listens to your concerns and doesn't tell you it's all in your head. She goes overboard to make sure you have your peace of mind. I might be switching my whole family to her :) Front desk and nurses are super kind as well. Also for the people who are complaining for wait times, this place has the lowest wait time 30-45 mins max and this is urgent care and they have people walk in so they have no control over wait times since they have to serve everyone. i have been to other places that make you wait upto 3 hours.

I was seen very quickly, and the employees were very polite and ensured quality care. the office was very tidy and clean. i would definitely recommend coming to this doctors office.

I've been going to Dr. Bhavani for years. I love that you can get appointments right away. The office space is always clean. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but I try to remember that when I'm back there with her she takes her time and doesn't make me feel rushed and I'm sure that's how all her patients feel. I still make the commute to come see her as my PCP. I love that she can also do GYN exams. Perfect combo!

The staff, Tony, Alexis, and Jyoti are very wonderful people with great professionalism and empathy at Carolina Primary Care. A wonderful staff who take away my fears of illness or accidents and make the visit less scary. Dr Bhavani and Dr Diana are very caring and competent. They take away my anxiety. They listen to the details, and respond immediately. What I would like to convey is that starting from the from the office till you see the doctors it is a comforting experience.

Providers are fast and efficient. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Lab and xrays are quick and can be done onsite. I have brought my daughter and am a patient myself. I have always been well taken care of. I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Bhavani is an amazing & wonderful doctor. She takes outstanding care of her patient's needs. She has been my doctor almost 10 years. She also have a great staff: Alexis, Morgan & the others. I highly recommend her.

I walked in without an appointment and only waited 10 minutes before I was seen. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The doctor was very attentive and helpful. I felt very comfortable and reassured with her plan of action for my recovery. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.

Needed an emergency appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful in accommodating my schedule, listing several time slots for my convenience for the same day. The nursing staff was friendly and thorough. Dr. Lagadapati is very personable, patient and unhesitatingly answered my questions.

I have gone to this location twice in the past few months for my young children. Each time I have had fairly short wait times and have had an extremely pleasant experience with the staff. I would highly recommend this place if you need to go to urgent care. The doctor is great!

I highly recommend this office. I was able to be seen within half an hour of arriving, including filling out forms as a first-time patient. The P.A., Sue, was excellent, taking the time to consider some ambiguous symptoms, taking the time the explain the several possible diagnoses, and taking the time to give me effective treatment. Along the way, she was very personable, making for a very pleasant experience.

My family and I always come to Apollo urgent care for any medical needs; we have moved to Cary, NC just a year ago, and myself and my almost 5 year old twins just kept getting sick! We were always surrounded by a high level care, we cannot say enough about Dr Bhovani and her wonderful stuff...I especially appreciated the fact that they never rushed to just give you a prescription for an antibiotics and just send you on your way, but always took time to carefully evaluate the symptoms and what could be causing them...my mother (in her 70s) can be hard to please, and , as many other older people , needs extra time in order to process what the doctor is saying and to ask her numerous questions, and they were always extremely patient with her! We always come back and gladly refer our friends, since this is the best urgent care and primary care around!

Having the availability to walk in is truly helpful. Staff are professional who care about you. We don't get sick at convenient times, but this clinic tries its best to serve you. Truely a good Doctor's office I have visited.

Best care in my 68 years. Very thorough and comprehensive. Dr Lagadaspoti is a remarkable person, very caring and compassionate. I would recommend to anyone looking for a high tech office with excellent service and great care.

Just like any other urgent care around, I did not expect much about this center either, thought it would be just a simple physician shop.. Not this one. This one truly has all under one roof. The staff is friendly and caring, the Physician is well experienced and take their time to understand you and care for you. They even have xray and lab too. I heard more is coming to this center. I really don't want to be visiting urgent care, but its good to know where to go when in need.

Went for immigration test and everything was handled very efficiently. Was able to complete the tests, vaccination and documentation in a week. Would highly recommend.

Ann Leslie was the best! She made my daughter's strep, COVID, and flu tests as painless as possible. She explained everything to my young daughter and made everything as pleasant as it could be.

Last minute visit for work injury. The staff was wonderful, took their time to see me. Best place I’ve visited since moving to NC a year ago today. Thank you for caring for your patients.
