After reading the majority of these reviews, I see discontentment with the front office staff. I disagree. The 4 lady's & 1 gentleman are very efficient, they know their jobs. Working with the public can be hard; because, we expect so much. Having been on both sides of this window, it's a fine line of service. It's a constant learning experience. The person at the front desk is the first person/Rep of the whole office/practice you meet. Diane(pt) & I have been coming here for a long time 2ndary to her Bladder cancer & she sees Dr Mirzazadeh, a fine physician & his staff. I have found that if you treat others the way YOU want to be treated, it comes back to you ten-fold. As a patient, always say thank you to those who have your best interest at heart... (Physicians, staff, front desk people, the greeter at the front door, etc).. feeling good is contagious... makes your day flow better, be compassionate.. show empathy.

My experience with Dr. Evans and his staff has been fantastic! After seeing and being treated by him for interstitial cystitis which I have been dealing for over three years I feel like I have my life back!

Wake Forest urology is an excellent place for anyone needing the services of a urologist. Dr. Badlani is an excellent physician who listens and enlists your input into the plan. He explains things in a way that is easily understood and it is obvious that he cares for his patients.

My follow-up visit with NP Bree Fleck was a real compliment to the excellent care I have received from Dr. Davis. A very professional group of health care providers. Excellent, all around care.

They treated me professionally and at no moment did I ever feel like I was being ignored. Excellent customer service from everyone.

Evans, and the entire staff, have been so awesome, and so nice, too, which is incredibly important when you are already worried about everything that is going on with yourself, healthwise. Best possible care I could have imagined. Dr. Hemal is the best!!! He waisted no time in evaluating my condition, scheduling, and completing my prostectomy successfully. People at Atrium are first rate from the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff...everything went smoothly from start to finish! I've already referred two people to Atrium and Dr. Hemal.

There are not enough stars to rate First Baptist Urology-Charlois. Office is well set up, friendly, fast and helpful. The doctors and nurses are among the very best in North Carolina. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed going to the appts I have.The office is close from my home..The doctor do ask questions about my issues 😔.

Maybe bed to this area recently but have been impressed by overall care and providers. They are professional, courteous and take time to listen.

Dr Mirazazadeh took time and care for me. Even though he isn’t my regular urologist he got me into treatment quickly.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ryan Terlecki and his team. While treating me, he was also very relatable and collaborative. His expertise and reputation reaches far beyond the region or state. We heard of him while living in Chicago.

We saw docotor Atala for our baby. He came highly recommended by our pediatrician and we were not disappointed. He has excellent bed sign manor. Ford loved him. Hes extremely informative and involves the parents in everything. I'm extremely happy with our choice in providers.

The integrated Wake Forest Atrium system and portal enables family physicians, specialists and in this case the Urology department to provide an integrated and continuum of care for patients. I found Dr. Matvey Tsivian to be very competent and professional in his field, presenting medical information in a manner to address the patient's anxiety but to also gain the patient's confidence. Overall I left feeling he practiced and valued the patient-doctor relationship in making joint decisions for the patient's health care.

Dr Terlecki was very helpful inanswering all my questions. He never made me fell rushed. he was very kind. I value his expertise about my condition and look forward to possibly discussing my future treatments with him.
