This Walgreens improves with every visit! When I moved to Raleigh a year ago and needed my prescription transferred. This was my nearest Walgreens but it had 1 star reviews. On my first trip to the pharmacy there, I could see why. The staff was not engaged and customer service was minimal. I’m here every 3 months and let me tell you- the service keeps improving! When I speak to a pharmacists on the phone I am speaking to someone cheerful and helpful. I find it to be my friendly neighborhood Walgreens now!

Excellent for COVID testing. Make an appointment online, show up on time with your documents ready, and it's an easy swab (for the rapid test, at least.) I had my results in 1 hour straight to my email, and the lady working the drive through was really nice!

So, me and my husband haven't used the pharmacy yet, but I can say the store is very clean, with everything well stocked, items easy to find, I did notice no one at checkout around 1am and we had to flag down a sweet old lady working there to checkout. Other then that very decent experience and would be back. 🙂🙂

I;m pushing 84 and don't see well and take a handful of pills daily so I'm the perfect specimen to stumble into the pharmacy at this store. They are terrific and each visit makes me appreciate them even more. Can't say enough good things about the great service and assistance they provide.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. The staff is as friendly and helpful as can be expected. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. Thanks!

**IMPORTANT PHARM IS NOT 24/7**, The store part is 24hrs.
**The pharmacy is not 24hrs, FYI! M-F 8a to 9p, Saturday 9a-9p & Sunday 10a-6p**

Well organized, bright and clean. Overhead signs helped me find what I was looking for. Entrance to tiny parking lot is a little confusing.

[Updated December 2016] New store location has opened on the redone backside of the building. Everything is new. This is now a happy place to go!
