I have been a primary care patient here for a few years now and I am blessed to have found them. For those complaining about having to wait more than ten minutes for an appointment, i guess you haven’t paid attention to healthcare in the U.S. for a while. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Doctors are human too and sometimes run late. It’s a fact of life these days. If you have a doctor that you like, show them some grace, especially when you have a provider you love like Hoa Nguyen. I can’t say enough good things about her. She never treats me like I am just another number. She remembers past conversations that we’ve had in the past so I know she’s always listening and that’s worth a lot. You can be 100% open and honest with her and you will never feel judged. I wish everyone could have someone as good as her as their primary provider. I prefer a small practice like this where they know who you are instead of 20 something providers that i had at a UNC family practice. Hoa Nguyen listened to me tonight when other doctors have blown me off for the past three months and she gave me the help that other cookie cutter practices have not.
Is the lab situation there perfect? No. Probably not but I am willing to overlook that due to excellent care I’ve gotten there otherwise. If you have a primary care provider that truly listens to you, the rest of it is easy to deal with. And sometime’s if you don’t get a response back immediately, it doesn’t hurt to be proactive and pick up the phone yourself because you have to be your own best advocate and being shorts staffed sometimes is through no fault of their own.
The grass is not always greener elsewhere and i will continue to be a patient here for a very long time. I recommend the practice but especially her. One side note, I have never had any billing issues. Give this practice a try, you won’t regret it.

Best Urgent Care I've been to. The doctor is very thorough and all staff are kind and polite and the wait time was just a few minutes.

I called here to find a fast appointment for a check up. They appointed me the same day. I forgot the doctors name, but she was good and informative. The nurse was very pleasant and made taking my blood easy. Results were supposed to be in from the lab in 3-4 days. They called me within about 48 hours with the results! I’m very happy with the speedy service. I called Duke for an appointment before I called them here and my appointment was far off. Now 2 days later, I’ve gotten my results and cancelled my Duke appointment. What a relief! Especially when you’re anxious.

Went in for a terrible cough and was greeted by two lovely ladies at the front. I had never been to this urgent care before and they checked me in super quickly. The medical assistant was very nice, listened to my symptoms and took detailed notes, clearly explained the testing they wanted to do and made sure to answer any questions I had. Dr. Nguyen did the exact same. Very happy with my experience!

Staff here has always been amazing - from our walk in-visits to our check ups with our daughters. We love that our visits are quick and easy, yet informative and helpful.

Today I went in to see the doctor at Tricity Urgent Care. I already knew that I had to pay for the visit but on top of that payment. I had to pay a weekend fee, specimen fee and new patient fee. That was a total surprise. It all came up to $200. I've never paid that much at an urgent at all. I was a little disappointed. The receptionist helped out a lot and I was able to pay some of it. I think they need to change those prices for patients and it needs to be a little affordable. I will have to think twice about coming here again. Doctor Patel was great overall.

Amazing experience. No wait when I arrived, seen immediately after filling out paperwork as it was my first time visiting this urgent care. Welcomed at the start with very friendly and helpful staff. Did not wait long at all after being taken back. Thorough visit and felt heard and that my health was a priority. Amazed by rapid response, care, and friendliness by all those I encountered this morning. Highly recommend.

Last person in the office on a Saturday and we still got great care. First time actually feeling satisfied leaving an urgent care. also not a fake review just legitimately had a good experience. we didnt have insurance and thought prices were very reasonable.

I had a wonderful first visit! The front desk staff are very friendly, professional, and informative! Jessica was my provider and she was great!! Answered all my questions, took her time, and was very knowledgeable! Great atmosphere and great personalities! I definitely will be returning and referring my friends here!

This facility was excellent! Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen to my concerns, throughly answer my questions, and took the time to build a relationship between a patient & provider. She is the best provider I have ever had! The entire staff was very kind and efficient as well. Tricity will not disappoint!

Front desk professional and friendly. Nurse had a positive energy I felt relax. NP Jessica Sessoms spent quality time with me. They also have staff members Que hablar Español.

The care I received from Dr. Patel was excellent. In addition to giving me care for why I visited, he revealed a medical condition I was unaware through my x-rays. Highly recommend!
