Whole Foods Market

I visit this location fairly often when I'm in the area. There's plenty of produce and fruit options as well as baked goods, from breads to cookies to cakes.
The portioned cooked food in the refrigerated section is generally quite fresh. Sushi is reasonable, but runs low by 8pm.

Store is a good size with wide aisles. There's a self checkout with 6 machines so the line moves fairly quick with friendly and helpful staff.
Plenty of parking in the lot.

Bakery cakes are always a hit, I've purchased both 8 inch layer cakes as well as precut slices. The Berry Chantilly cake and Strawberry shortcake are favorites.

The mini cookies are great for sharing (snickerdoodle and blended butter chocolate chip).

I definitely prefer this location over other ones. This one is quite large and there's plenty of space between aisles.

Having a La Farms Bakery in the store is convenient!

I wanted to pay this Whole Foods location a high compliment for creating our wedding cakes. The bakery staff was communicative, super helpful, and created the perfect cakes for our needs based on my exact requests. The berry chantilly cake got us rave reviews and everyone has been asking us where they can find it. The flowers were added on our cutting cake by our florist, but Amanda from the bakery helped us to choose the right icing to make that texturing possible. I highly recommend them for simple, delicious wedding cakes!

Dropped in for a few things and it turned into what it always does. We enjoy the quality and the variety of products. Thank you to all the great staff today who offered prompt, courteous help and a laugh or two.
VEGAN! Tried the Eat Meati Classic Steak and Classic Chicken Cutlets. Both were great, Chicken Cultlets were our favorite.

Bought fresh salmon here for hubby. I don't know anything about fish or meats, BUT the butcher(?) Who helped us was awesome! He explained how to store it and answered all questions soooo.. very knowledgeable and friendly.. plus removed the skin super fast for daughter.
Not to mention, they have a wide option of vegan foods, though a bit pricey.
The store was very clean, organized, and stocked.

What I love about THIS Whole Foods is La Farm Bakery attached - the aroma as you walk in - heaven!

I absolutely love the Hot Bar at this location! Compared to other Whole Foods I’ve been to, there may not be the widest variety of packaged products and convenience foods, but it’s made up for with the amazing team that works in the deli/restaurant. Sure, you can eat at La Farm, but I love having so many options with the buffet. I literally eat lunch here every day because I can get exactly what I want (delicious healthy food) at the price I want (prices by weight).

One of my favorite Whole Foods in West Cary. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. The food stations are still well kept with plenty of delicious options both at fresh pack and chef case.

My favorite grocery store in town! A brand new Whole Foods store opened in West Cary as well as La Farm Bakery with lots of seatings available in and outside. Amazed and excited about opening at this location and I now don't have to drive over 20 minutes to other Whole Foods stores anymore. This site has beer bar, fresh bakery, take-out buffet, plus organic groceries!

Great selection of all sorts of food and home items. They have bath, hair, skincare, etc. Aromatherapy if you're looking for that. Then there's all the food...

Large selection of healthy foods and drinks. A huge buffet bar where you can make your own to-go meals. Full bakery also with pastries. Variety of cheeses. And that's only one half of the store.

They often have sales of some really great items. Highly recommended for all of your shopping needs!!

I have a shopping list specifically for Whole Foods. Also, I often get things from the hot bar and I like the selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

I'm mean, high prices and snooty atmosphere. You feel like you are at an elevated level of grocery shopping. I went to return some Amazon, and walked out with a $7 S'more cupcake ann two $3 meat sticks.

Love this place!! Came in because they had a sale on Mary Ruth's kids multivitamins plus an additional savings off that because I'm a prime member. The customer service is always top tier and it's the best place for non dairy items.

High quality items. Good selection in general, with the exception that many of the usual national brands are not represented. The store brands tend to be very good. No pharmacy. The bakery section is very good, and I like the croissants.

Whole Foods saved my Holiday Party!!!! I had ordered party platters from a different grocery store and they fell through! I wasn't sure what I was going to do, with only 2 hours left before 60 hungry friends were going to show up. After leaving the other store, I came to Whole Foods to pick up a few platters that I had ordered. The staff at the deli were amazing!!! They helped me get food together for our party in about 45 minutes. They saved my holiday party! I can't thank them enough!

Food is mostly fresh here. The vegetables are always good and mostly fresh or you can always find a fresh one.

We appreciate the opportunity to shop here, not often... as everyone is aware, it's a little pricey. But remember, if we want quality and unique, specialty items, it's worth it! Great customer service and fresh food. La Farm bakery is here too! Recommended!

Attention VEGANS, this is the place to get great tasting MEALS at their "buffet style " pre-cooked veggies and other food options, and AWESOME hard to find vegan desserts that actually taste good, and are actually reasonably priced lol! Not to mention the in-store La Farm Bakery. Best bakery in the triangle area.

This is my preferred Whole Foods location in the area. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well-stocked and nicely organized. I love their bakery section and prepared foods. I love being able to grab a coffee from La Farm while I shop!

Best people working here in meat department. Always very helpful.

This store is bright, airy and spacious. Love the seafood and bakery sections.
