CVS Pharmacy

I’m not a regular to this particular cvs, but when I had a script submitted from the Minute Clinic next door, they had my scripts ready within 10 minutes. They even found a coupon for me to save a significant amount on one of the scripts. I really appreciate their promptness and how they looked out for me despite me being a first time customer. Thank you for your kindness!

The pharmacists are very helpful over the phone. They have (Jeff more recently) helped communicate between my insurance and doctors multiple times. Very happy with their service.

Treated me like a dog once they saw I was there to pick up my suboxone prescription. They need some cultural competency trainings something terrible.

The medicine was not sealed so I took it back the next day and they said they cannot take it back once it has left the store. I lost the dispute on my credit card as they fought it. I am out over $80.
