I must say I was apprehensive to hire anyone, since I am new to the area and just purchased my house 4 months ago. I Don't really know many contractors at this point, especially Plumbers. I determined I had a leak in the hot water line going from the hot water heater to the kitchen sink...mind you my home is on a slab...I spoke with several plumbers and Rosewood was recommended to me by an acquaintance. They came out and surveyed the property/house/ water lines etc....Wayne sent me an estimate of the work that would need to be done to take care of my issue. I looked at their reviews and saw that they have many positive reviews and decided to take a chance on them.
Wayne, Buck and Jose arrived in the morning after texting me to let me know they were on their way. They immediately got to work and spent the entire day rerouting all the hot water lines into the attic. I am so impressed with how courteous and respectful each one of them was toward me and my fur babies and my space....Not to mention the quality of work that was done. The cost of the job was right on target! They Did not go over the estimated price I was given initially which is refreshing. I can honestly say If you want quality work, at a fair price, with courteous Contractors who have the BEST Customer Service....hire Rosewood Plumbing...

I called Rosewood Plumbing out because I had a water leak at my home. They diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a leaking water heater. They were helpful and answered all my questions. They replaced my water heater in a timely manner. Always my go-to plumbing company!

Returned my voice message quickly. Came to the house and completed work within days. Answered all of my questions. Spent extra time addressing my concerns about a different issue. Exceptional customer service. Will be my go-to plumbing service!

It’s comforting to have a plumbing service in your home that you trust. I’ve used Rosewood Plumbing since 2019 and am completely satisfied. I know when they are called the problem will be fixed correctly and quickly. We are fortunate in Goldsboro to have them. Good folks!

I can’t speak highly enough about Rosewood Plumbing and how lucky I feel to have come upon this company. They are sincere, down to earth, have a real work ethic, are courteous, show up when they say they will, get the job done and from what I can tell, appear to be under-charging. I’ve hired Rosewood, Wayne in particular, 3 or 4 times and his knowledge of the task at hand, his calm demeanor and his professionalism all work together to take the stress out of stressful things like leaking toilets, dripping pipes, and broken disposals.

Wayne has installed two faucets for us and most recently took care of a pipe that was leaking in out attic. Wayne is always courteous, responsive, and does excellent work. I highly recommend Rosewood Plumbing and can't imagine using anyone else.

I had a leak coming from the water heater. It had old polybutylene lines running to it that needed replacing alongside the water heater. They came out in a timely manner and did a great job replacing those lines and I have a new water heater! They cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will be using them in the future!

Wayne did a great job finding and fixing my upstairs leak. He cleaned up nicely and even some of my mess..

Rosewood Plumbing was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I needed 2 outside faucets replaced. They came a day earlier, on time and finished in about 30minutes. Great price. One local plumbing company I called gave me a quote between $350-$400(No thank you). Rosewood was only about 1/4 of that price. Job well done. Thank you Rosewood Plumbing. Called that morning before I got off work at 8am to have them fix a busted pipe under the house.
They were very pleasant and professional said they would be out after taking care of two other clients. So I went to the grocery store and they were done and gone before I got home! My husband said they were great and it wasn't as expensive as we thought.

Had a water leak over the weekend. Called Rosewood plumbing Monday morning. They said they would get here ASAP. This morning at a bit past 8, I heard a knock on my door. I looked out the window and it was them. So thankful I can call and get an almost immediate response. Thank you! You are the best.

Once again the guys came out and fixed another problem. Great job. Waiting on a part and we are all set for years of clear drainage and a fixed swere, sump pump. Thanks y'all!!! 5 ⭐

I had pipe stolen while I was out of state and could not go to the house to shut the water off. Andy and his crew were able to respond to my call same day, shut off my water and troubleshot my issue. He came and fixed it the next day. Couldn’t have been happier with his service and frequent communication. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!
