Connestee Falls Overlook

Not only are these two falls that drop together in one place, it's really gorgeous. If you are challenged with your mobility, this is a perfect place to access as it has a very easy and very short wheelchair accessible entrance. I have to mention the selfish buttheads that had to build their house above the falls in plain view from the observation deck. Joy stealers. A tragedy but still a beautiful place well worth checking out.

If driving by you might as well stop by! Takes literally one minute to see a big and nice waterfall! Nice little stream leading to it as well!

Newly reopened with an at view from the observation platform. Anyone can see this falls right next to the road with a nice parking area. Hopefully in the future they will extend the platform down so you can see both falls at once.

Not well marked as far as exactly where entrance and parking are.
However, there is easy, convenient parking and many spaces.

The trail is less than a quarter mile. The view is stunning.

Connestee is a beautiful park with a top-of-the falls (actually two!) view that is only about 100-200 yards from highway 276. Turn in, park, and walk a few feet to see nature's finest!

A beautiful set of waterfalls easily accessible from US-276 via a short boardwalk. The leaves were just beginning to turn their Autumn colors, making for a gorgeous sight.

This is a twin falls area known as the Silver Slip.
You can’t even see Connestee Falls, and you get a small view of the first 10 feet or so of Batson Creek Falls.  The overlook is built on top of Connestee Falls. The trail from the overlook to the base of Connestee Falls has been closed for years.

There is a trail to the base of Connestee, not associated with the overlook area...you'll need to get someone local to assist you in finding the location. Happy Hunting!

Very pretty, not worth a long trip, but if you are in the area it is a nice view!

This is a must see waterfalls. Very accessible for everyone, good parking space and amazing views.

Short walk just off the road

Beautiful falls. Just a short walk from the parking lot.

This is a wonderful waterfall to view. Do not listen to Google Maps! Maps brings you to a gated community and the guard will turn you around. If Google is telling you to turn to the right, you'll be looking for a sign that say "Connestee Falls Park." Turn right there. If you miss it, there's a realtor company parking lot to turn around in. If Maps tells you to turn left into the neighborhood, skip it and turn just shortly after at the sign. This parking lot is on the edge of the road; there's no road to drive down.

The bridge/path is wide enough for a wheelchair, flat, and well-maintained. After you round the corner you'll be able to see two waterfalls cascading into the same basin, which is quite beautiful. You won't be able to walk any closer, but the view from above is worth the short roadside stop!

Not a large viewing area, but pretty neat that you can see falls from different directions flowing to the same spot. Ample parking, signage not the most obvious, you essentially park in a real estate business’s parking lot. Not an issue though. And only 100 yards or so from the car to the falls.

2 falls form one. Easy access from parking lot. Just a 2 minute walk
