Staff has always been courteous, prompt, polite, and informative. Prices are better than most stores with way more variety. If you use tobacco in any form then this is the best shop for it.

Showed up today to my first time visiting this location and I must say the two women working today were far more than I was expecting in the manner of polite and informative as well as going beyond the standard or basic customer service youd expect to get..... That you Elizabeth!

This store has a really nice walk-in humidor. You can find there a huge selection of premium cigars, cigarettes, and tobacco by the pound. If you like electronic stuff - they have e-liquid and e-cigs. All the items are well organized and the staff is very friendly. Definitely 5 stars!

I went to Tobacco Junction of Kilgore couple of days ago my husbawith nd and I found that this is very different tobacco store. We got walk-in cigar humidor at this store and an impressive selection of fine cigars. Their customer service was exceptional and price was also affordable.

I occasionally smoke a premium cigar. While I haven't visited the East Longview location, the selection at this store is better than any other the other stores I have visited, and the staff seems very knowledgeable.

Open 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. Easy drive-thru access. Employees are superduper friendly. I only buy smokes here, but they have a variety of products available for purchase ☺
