Great customer service! The sales representative that helped me is named Jeremy. Ask for him. This young man made this experience seem simple and short. I was there for about an hour. Jeremy made it seem like a few minutes. Spent over $400. Not that much in today's world. Jeremy answered every question and was over the top helping me to understand and getting everything set up. On my next visit to a Verizon Store I will drive the extra miles for this kind of customer service.

Went in on a Sunday after church to upgrade my phone and give my husband my old phone, as his was broken. Because our phones were a little older it took Juan some time trying to get our information transfered. He was patient and kind, and he took his time explaining my new phones applications to me. We had an enjoyable time visiting while waiting through the process. Juan's was professional and kind, a very rare combination these days.
