Walmart Supercenter

The store is very big and very clean. Like I think I saw a total of 4 things outta place. The bathrooms were clean, the employees have been some of the friendliest ever.

Curbside at the Kilgore store has always been easy. Very few substitutions, courteous employees, and speedy deliveries keep me coming back week after week.

I go in there to get something to eat for lunch. They usually have a good selection and meals are less than 10. Don't see how you can beat that it's already to go

You need to open more registrar if you want people to be happy with just one open it takes forever and people have got things to do I was thinking about shopping some where else

Nice clean store. The manager has done a great job.

Last minute gifts and customer support was excellent at 10:30pm

One stop shopping and if I’m not feeling it shop on my app and drive up pick up and drive away tires are even cheaper there love it

What can you say Walmart is good, but hasn't changed for better. Prices going up they say it's because of stealing but they wouldn't have so much stealing if they would get rid of self checkout and higher more checkers.

It's an anxiety attack by itself but they always have what I need or close to it with their own generic (cheaper too)

Good Super Walmart no complaints

Im not sure why Walmart Auto center gets a bad wrap and for some of the locations it may be warranted but ive been coming to this one for years and although the management comes and goes the service has always been top notch. Its enjoyable just to visit with the people that work back there. They're always polite and informative.

Good vibes. One of the nicest wal-marts I've been to in Texas. Super friendly staff and huge selection of inventory.

Had a good shopping experience today. There was plenty of the things I like to shop for in stock, the lines were short and moved quickly. I used the self checkout and the clerk for that area was helpful and nice. We had a pleasant chat while I waited for my turn. Yet she still preformed her job during this time, flawlessly, answering all questions and keeping the line moving smoothly. My only complaint is that there weren't any electric carts available for people like me who walk with crutches. Though having said that, usually they're are a number of carts on site for those who need them. Despite that small inconvenience, it was an enjoyable trip and I was able to get all the supplies I needed and be on my way in no time. Go check out this branch, you'll be glad you did.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the young lady who helped me Friday by getting something off the top shelf in the pet section. She was very kind.

The self checkout is awesome! I get what I need check myself out at my pace, and I'm on my way, but if I ever need help finding something there's plenty of smiling faces to lend me a hand. Can't find the price for something? They all have handheld devices at their disposal to answer that question for you too! Or there's always the mobile app for your phone. Very versatile business! Awesome!!!

Went in for a few things and came out with a little more 😁. All th workers I interacted with were nice and courteous.

This Walmart has a larger selection of items. We go here from time to time. Sometimes we travel to Kilgore from Beckville and we will make this store.

Always have what I need. Fast checkout. At self checkout there is always an attendant near by in case you have a problem. I love it. In and out.
