Generally friendly staff good prices

I love this store. It's always clean and the people are always very professional.

Not familiar with the Overton store so it takes longer to shop but the workers are always friendly and gives direction.

The new manager is super friendly and had no problem helping me find the baby formula I needed and the bathrooms are always clean.

Always love coming to this location. They always have a great variety of meats and veggies. This location is a smaller location than most so keep that in mind when you visit because it's in a small town.

I just want to say Thanks to the gentlemen's for going above and beyond for their help on getting my car going you guys are the best Thanks with all my heart

Like all Brookshires stores, this is a friendly place to shop. And this one in particular is a godsend to the residents of Arp, Overton, and some smaller surrounding communities.

Parking is great. It is easy to get in and get out. The produce selection is small but sufficient and they always have the freshest produce and meat.

Also, the deli area has great food and I consider Brookshires to be one of our restaurants in Overton when you want something quick.

Unlike larger stores, there is less selection but we have rarely been unable to find what we want.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I have trouble seeing sometimes and when I can't find something there is always some Brookshires employee happy to help me find. In fact. This really is a community store and when my wife sends me to get something I would not normally know where to find, shoppers (especially the pros who know where everything is) are also helpful.

Brookshires has great deals every week and they are clearly marked as you shop. We used to buy alot at Sams Club but we have found many items are cheaper at Brookshires.

Always good service and decent value in return for your dollar. Recommended my my self. Especially if I have my young children with me they will usually load my groceries into my vehicle.

With out a doubt MY BROOKSHIRES! Have used my brookshires of Overton Tx for many years. Has become such an at-home atmosphere the need for a household welcoming committee is not necessary. If at anytime I need help I always get an above and beyond response. I absolutely love being a part of the teenagers in training for their next point of life. A great pleasure to give them an opportunity to work on their “professionalism skills”. I love my family at MY Brookshires!! My favorite of course is Mrs. Mary!! She has been there as long as I have been shopping. She is such a sweet young lady! I say hi every visit.

I enjoy my visit to this store cos the staff are just sweet country locals and always are neat, clean and ready to assist if needed. They helped me when I worked for a local group home services company and I had to get groceries there and this time I got very tasty chicken for dinner once I drove 20 miles to East Hwy 31 to home..

All the people are so friendly. It's just like my little family store. Nice and clean with great people. And I'm from Dallas Texas I've been out here for 4 years now. The store may be nicer at Kilgore but the people at the smaller store just makes it great.

I shop here all the time. The employees remember me and my two girls. When I happen to slip out while my husband watches the kids the employees always ask where they're at lol. The store is always clean and we'll organized. The employees will help with almost anything.

Small town grocery store experience. I bought a very pretty fern for only $5.99. My first ever fern purchase, lets hope I don't make it die! Wish me luck y'all! :-)

Store clean. Good variety. Friendly staff. I just wish I knew the store better. When unsure where product was, staff helpful in locating. When asked about a product i wasn't sure of, employee gave me their opinion when I asked about a product they knew about.

Friendly smiling faces from all employees. They are always helpful and willing to accommodate as best they can.

Always clean and well ran for a small town big company store. Pricey but the sales you can't beat. Just gotta catch'em.

Happen to be in Overton & stopped @Brookshire. Same great customer. Every red shirted employee I came across greeted me enthusiastically. Store was the smallest I've seen yet still well organized & clean. Good shopping experience.

Of course the mask is not comfortable. It was kind of warm in store. But that was because it is so dang hot. Everyone is always sweet

I love the service at this store. It's fantastic when you can ask a senior manager where something is in the store and he stops what he's doing to take you to the product you looking for. That's what I call customer service
