North Creek Animal Hospital

We have used North Creek Animal Hospital for many years and always had excellent service. Our most recent experience was very difficult . We had Wicked for 17 years and it was so difficult to have to let him go. North Creek was very attentive to our need and cared for Wicket and us during this time. We are thankful for all their staff.

The staff at north creek are some of the most empathetic people I have ever encountered. Susan showed me so much compassion on the phone. When I arrived I needed help getting my sweet girl unloaded. Susan made that happen for her. Shelby and Mandy are wonderful and so very kind. Dr. Croley was made aware immediately after Mandy looked at her. Dr. C came in and confirmed what we already knew. My sweet old lady was already letting go. The staff explained how we would help her cross over to the rainbow bridge. My girl had other plans and left us when my husband and I were out of her sight. She had been with us for 11 years. It's like she said "I'm okay, mom. I don't want you to watch me leave you. I'll be brave and go on my own"! When the staff told me she had crossed over on her own, it was instantly the worst pain in my heart. I felt so awful that she went without us. The staff at NC showed us grace, compassion and kindness. Susan lit a candle and put a sign out to let all who were entering know that someone was losing their pet and to use soft voices. I felt so much comfort knowing that everyone in the entire office was supporting us. I will never take our pets anywhere else. Thank you, North Creek, from the bottom of my heart. Bella was loved on as she let go with you ladies by her side. That brought comfort to me.

I had to use this clinic since my vet was out of town. I will say that I am now switching. Dr Hellerich is very knowledgeable and friendly, put us at ease. Sharon, the vet tech, was so personable and comforting. Miss Susan at the front got us in right away. So thank you all. Very impressed. Added bonus, they didn't recommend unnecessary treatment, they started with the basics. Very grateful to find a vet clinic that really and truly cares about pets and people.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. This team did an absolute excellent job helping me get thru one of the toughest days of my life. Saying good bye to my best friend. They were professional, prompt, and very sympathetic. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone. Great job guys.

I had to make the worst decision in an owner's beloved pet's life which was to lay my sweet Chewie to rest.

Dr. Corley, Shelby, Charity, & Susan assisted in helping me try every option I could afford in treating his hepatic lipidosis before facing the reality of one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. Throughout the ordeal they explained everything as accommodatingly & sympathetically as possible for which I'm immensely grateful. Also, I later received a handwritten sympathy card in the mail which was very considerate of them.

Miss my buddy a lot (rest in peace Chewie), but laying him to rest unfortunately had to be done & he was handled with great care here. I'd definitely recommend North Creek.

I believe that years ago, people went into their profession due to they truly loved what they did and wanted to help others in need. As I've gotten older, my view of this changed and it aways appears that it's all about the money.. and that others aren't in inconvenience. Due to the pandemic, this year.. it's become increasingly worse. Our animals are completely dependent upon us, for their survival.

So here is my story - Not just ONCE this year, but TWICE now.. I have found myself in need of what I considered more urgent help. North Creek Animal Hospital, didn't know me - nor know my animals and each time they Welcomed me with open arms. My matter was just as important, as everyone else's. One of the times included, putting our beloved Family dog to rest. YOU can't Fake caring.. Or the respect they showed us all the way down to including the candle that was lit in his honor for everyone to see.

Please don't ever change, because in this world today... You Mean, The World to Others.

My CoCo is a spoiled Shih Tzu and the staff there are so good to her. Very knowledgeable and I just love them all. I feel like family.

Love the vets and their workers very sweet and kind and very understanding my dog broke his hip and they did everything and then a few months later he had a seizure and is doing very well now havent had a problem since our last visit and now I have a new puppy and so does my mom and we still love this vet and they remember every animal and take their time to hear you concerns and always ready to answer any question you may have....🧡💛💚💙💜

Everyone at North Creek was kind, professional, and welcoming. This was our first visit with my 5 year old pup and I loved that she received a health report card afterwards. The price was also not an issue and they even clipped her nails! My dog hates her nails trimmed but their good vibes obviously passed on to her because she was very patient. If your pet is really just another family member than this is the best place you can take them for good, quality care.

We took our new Malti-Poo puppy to North Creek AH for her wellness check and we cannot be more pleased with the staff and facility. Their approach to patient care is fantastic. Our puppy never seemed nervous or afraid and was very comfortable in the hands of all the staff members. We were also very pleased with their patience toward us as we had many questions to ask. We feel confident in our choice of North Creek Animal Hospital to provide healthcare for new fur baby.

We just moved from California to Texas recently and I had done my research on disease prevention my animals needed to become safe in Texas. So, my next step was to find a vet. I googled vets near me, and North Creek Animal Hospital came up. I was amazed at the reviews. All helpful, touching & all 5 stars. Ok, this is where I'm going to take my pets. They did not disappoint. The staff is amazing, friendly and incredibly informed on my dogs medical needs. But, the love didn't stop there, we finally got into a room and met Dr. Arnold. She blew my mind with the attention she showed my dog. The way she asked personal questions about our dog to better suit our individual needs was invaluable. She wasn't in a hurry and she explained everything with complete detail. I feel so safe giving North Creek Animal Hospital my fur babies. I truly do. From the moment we walked in, from the warm front desk, to the amazing vet techs and finally the caring Doctor, I felt like a VIP. Please go here and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

First time there today with my 2 3 month old German Shepherd mix puppies. Everyone there was extremely pleasant, caring and wonderful. Very thorough exam and meds...my three year old Chihuahua mix has his annual appointment there on Thursday morning!! They are great!!!!!!

I took my mom's dog in for a second opinion on her leg, it was bowed and our other vet told me "take her swimming". I wasn't satisfied because it was slowly getting worse. The staff of North Creek are reliable, caring, and gave my mom's dog cheese to make the experience more enjoyable. We are switching vets because this doctor and her staff actually listen to my concerns and I feel like I can now care for my mom's dog and our dogs in the best way possible.

We have been VERY pleased with North Creek! When we came in we were so embarrassed because our dog was having allergies to something and was almost completely hairless. Now he is looking handsome again and they have worked diligently with us..

We used North Creek Animal hospital today for the first time. We loved it. Everyone was very friendly and did an amazing job with our dog. The diagnosis was spot on and our baby will be feeling better soon.

I was adopted by a momma cat, who shortly gave birth to five babies. North Creek helped take care of all of them. I would recommend them, they are very kind, caring and yet professional. They loved on all of them like they were the only patients they had that day. We kept momma and two babies. All have been spayed and neutered at North Creek. I trust them, the staff and Doctor H. Is the best!

We have recently switched over to this vet. We have been nothing but pleased with the services offered. I love that they see patients by appointments so you aren't wasting an entire day just to get your dog's annual exam. We used the boarding services for our recent vacation, and I know they took great care of my boy. He came home happy and bathed. I am so happy that we switched our veterinary care over to North Creek.

The staff at North Creek are awesome. My dog always knows when she's about to go to the vet and her little tail starts wagging because she's excited to see her friends. The office is clean and bright and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Their boarding prices are excellent.

I inherited my mom’s dog back in August. A couple of weeks ago, she started shaking. The vet thought it was one thing and called to check on her the next day. After a couple of day, she actually got worse. The vet got her right in the next morning. Come to find out, she has a rare disease. They have been wonderful about caring for her, finding information for this disease, and helping me work through her care. Thank you for loving my fur baby.

We are new to this vet. Our scheduling for exams and teeth cleaning were super quick and costs were reasonable. Sharon really took great care of my babies. She updated me throughout their teeth cleaning and followed up the next day. Easy in and out even w Corona quarantining. We love our new vet staff. Kim Botschon
