AT&T Store

Ashley helped me above and beyond today! She helped me iron out details on my and my husband’s account - we ended up getting new phones because of it.

She also helped me take care of my parents’ account and new phones, since they had been having difficulties. And when she was the only person in store, she never seemed frazzled as crowds of customers began to flow through the doors.

She greeted everyone with kindness and worked with a graceful sense of urgency without making us feel rushed.

Hands down, I’ll go back to this store if I’m in town visiting when I need ATT specific help!!!

The staff at this store in Kilgore TX have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional every time I've been in.

Ashley was amazing. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She helped us pick out new phones and transferred all the information from our old phones to our new ones. She was cheerful and accommodating. We are. Glad she is here in Kilgore.

Out of all the years I have retained att services Ashlley is leaps and bounds above all the rest!

Our experience here was so amazing. Raquel is really friendly and knowledgeable. Made our transfer from previous provider seamless. Will definitely be doing business here in the future. Stopped by on my way home to pay a bill and the 2 reps were so helpful! I was able to SAVE money and got a brand new tablet!

Visited to see if the store could resolve an odd hardware issue I was having with my admittedly older phone. Roel was very helpful and managed to get my problem resolved quickly and with a cheerful attitude. I had been dreading the visit, thinking I would be walking out with a new phone in my pocket and less money in my bank account. Roel made my day by being professional and courteous (and saving me some money).

We had a very pleasant visit to this location. Raquel was very helpful in a time of transition ( from T-Mobile). Our transition was very smooth and took very little time to get numbers ported over etc. We were not pressured into just any phone and were able to get what we wanted which was very important to us wait time was short. I highly recommended this location (store does get slammed fast) and ask for Raquel or Donnie they’re both great people.

Desiree and Tyler were extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgeable. I was dreading going in and setting up a new account, but it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend coming to this Kilgore AT&T store!!!

I went in there with a phone that my husband purchased for my birthday from Ebay that had been refurbished. Tyler, the associate in the Kilgore store, was a God send. He helped me from the word go. I had no idea what I was doing, as I am 63 years old and didn't grow up with technology. I'm having to slowly learn it. He was soooooooooo helpful. And friendly and has excellent manners. He helped to calm my nerves. He helped me choose a screen protector and he helped me to put my case on. Wow, what great service. Thank you so much AT&T for hiring such great people.

I had trouble with my phone, the manager Hugo was very helpful and friendly. He fixed my issues and even sold me a brand new phone for my son. Would definitely recommend this store!!!

Peta was a very patient customer service provider. She made sure we were taken care of even past business hours. Very grateful to have had her provide her time to help me with my cellphone setup. I'd also like to add that Miguel was very helpful and informative with my cellphone setup as well.

The guys here were so helpful. I've had no power for 2 days, so I came for a car charger. I ended up getting an upgrade on my phone. New phone, new case....all good. The guys are Donny, David & Joshua. Thank y'all so much.

Excellent experience swapping 2 phones from another provider. Was a bit of a challenge but all hands in the store made it a excellent experience. Would definitely recommend. Just did not have a case for the phone I picked.

I love the aspect of this store because it’s not as busy as Longview and the people here really take the time to help you. Tyler and Desirea were so nice and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you so much!

Great service all around!

Desirea was extremely helpful during my most recent visit. I needed help choosing a WiFi hotspot device for my game streaming on youtube(go like and subscribe). Anywho, I needed the right equipment and not only did she help me find the right equipment, but she helped me stay within my budget. I must say my speeds have never been faster and I’m playing lag-free. I’m definitely coming back for the new IPhone pro Max 12, to promote my gaming channel(CptCadoodles Gaming) on all my social media platforms! 10/10!
