Sue is great! Very knowledgeable about Medicare Advantage plans. Missed the building at first. They sit back off the street a little bit, and if they have a sign the street, I missed it.

I've been using the same agent for years. She is great, prompt and has the answers I need. Very happy to have her.

Called to set up health insurance, was forgotten about. I had to call to find out what was going on,asked for management to call me back. After 3 days no call even the main manager Aaron took his own sweet time to call. What would you do if you call for insurance and they forgot about you, and then make excuses.

Switched to AVID in July...hit a deer in November...they took care of everything to my total satisfaction.

Had to do Medicare up date. Thats the place to go!

We have been with this company for years it has its up and downs just have to stay on top of things.

Have been with them for years, but recently have had poor service. I called 5 times and emailed the agent and never received a call back. Therefore I have to find a new agent to get insurance. I've been ghosted and don't appreciate the unprofessionalism.
